Overall the phone is great and In perfect condition but the top speaker doesn’t work

Good condition for a used Phone but the battery life not so great

Not too bad for a preowned phone so far no issues. Brought at a great price and needed a new phone for my teenagers. This did not break the bank.

iPhone 7 Plus rose gold is in great condition does not look preowned at all no scratches no dents it is great to have Best Buy providing the phone we want not just what is popular. I definitely recommend it for who likes easy to use Touch ID phones and in great condition.

This is why you should never listen to reviews comment for the item you are buying, especially when its pre-owned/used. Everyone gets a different condition on their purchase. I guess I was one the unluckiest since mine came in a very bad condition. The previous owner must've been a clumsy person, because it had many scratches, especially on the charging ports, which also had dust and debris inside the port. It sucks cause you will not see the condition the phone is in, until you received it on your doorstep. The battery life was at 73%. All in all, not very happy with this purchase and will be returning it. Pray you will get at least a decent condition.

Don’t buy from here ! Go straight to apple!! They sold me a broken iPhone and I didn’t realize until I went to get the screen fixed which was only a few months later and they said they could not fix the screen bc “the enclosure was bent” and it had a third party screen? they weren’t aloud from apple to fix it (but they can sell it like that?)and they said it was past the 14 day return period and I didn’t even know it was broken so they said it would be a whole unit replacement to fix it(more than the phones worth)and they gave me corporates number and I talked to corporate for an hour and tried everything and they said they couldn’t do anything to go to the store and try to get an exception and they did get me 100 off a brand new one but I feel like since they sold me a broken one they should have gave me a new one.The broken one I bought In October 2020. It’s not worth It I just don’t want anyone else going through that!!

I purchased this refurbished iPhone 7 Plus because I wanted a larger screen to replace my iPhone 7. This iPhone Plus also has more memory. It arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't tell that it wasn't a brand-new iPhone. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Good cell phone, I am really happy with this purchase, at the beginning I thought was going to be a bad purchase because was preowned, but I was wrong, this cell is still working perfect since I bought it!

Works very well. This phone was like new and had no cracks or scratches. It’s also nice for the value. It comes with a charger as well. Overall I am pleased with this product.
