After reading the reviews, I was expecting a nice iPhone but unfortunately I received a dirty iPhone. The speakers had dirt inside them so it muffled the sound, it had bad scuffs on the bottom of the phone, and the screen had deep scratches :/ You would think since Best Buy is selling these iPhone’s, they would come out pimped out but noooo, it was disappointing.

Works Great. Use it as a second phone and so far so good

Comparing with the price of a new phone, the price which I paid is less than 40%. The result is the same as a new one. Wanted to buy at least 2 more, but not available ☹️. Very good product, battery lasting till the end of day.Happy about the purchase.

I like it even pre owned low price ever I search everywhere.

The overall condition of the iPhone body was very good and it functions well. The only down side to this particular model we received is that it naturally has reduced battery life due to its age. We will eventually go to added expense of replacing it's battery.

Just got this phone before Christmas, the functionality is great, everything works fine, but sadly the screen was a little scratched and had one visible scratch mark in the middle. Overall good just minus for the scratch on the screen.

Super great deal! I was a bit worried because the phone wasn’t new (obviously) but I’ve had it for a couple of years now and it’s been great!

Audio sounded a little off (like far away) but not bad. Overall it was a great phone and great buy. For it being refurbished the phone was in great condition; and we would definitely buy another refurbished phone from Best Buy.

My granddaughter was in Heaven when she opened her gift on Christmas Day.

Good phone my dad wanted it only problem it's locked he can't get service from spectrum.

Phone was in great condition but after about 10 days a message appeared saying battery life critical with the battery only functional up 76%. So obviously doesn’t hold a charge and I will have to replace the battery

Scratches yes but good buy....works great and ok battery
