Good - The phone works great but it looks like it might’ve been dropped at one point which caused a dent in the lower corner but because I keep mine in case it doesn’t really matter it was a good price

It had a couple blemishes but it wasn’t anything too bad. I bought this for my father who is changing from flip phones to an iPhone. It was in good shape and came with a charging cord.

When my son’s phone died way before upgrade time, we panicked but thankfully I was able to replace it with a used one via Best Buy right away. Phone was good condition, works great, unlocked and compatible with Sprint. Even came with cord which I wasn’t expecting! And came several days before expected! Easy to pick up, great experience.

I was concerned this phone would not work with Verizon. My concerns have been put to rest and the phone worked fine. The Verizon rep did say say because of 5g technology. This phone will not work if it’s ever deactivated. So it looks like the window for these older models is closing. In summary, phone is serving its purpose for my Eleven year old daughter.

Great condition for refurbished Arrived one day early

Great starter phone for my youngest son. Was t sure about buying pre-used phone and was sure st all about setting up on Sprint. But phone came was was in great shape! For now using prepaid card to get son used to having phone. Bottom line is this great value for start up phone!

I have heard of bad experiences with purchasing used phones. Especially I phones. But this phone came looking brand new. It programed well and works perfect.

This was an upgrade from my 5S. didn't want a large phone and this fits the bill

Good Apple product and value for the price you pay. Good quality even with used re-furbished product. Well tested product. Small screen size. Otherwise good value

The phone is fast, it worked good on Mint Mobile network (that was the reason for buying it). But unfortunately, the battery was not good. It would die so fast that I had to charge it twice a day. So, I returned it and ordered a new one. I hope that one is good.

So far so good! Bought this for my mom and she loves it and no issues as of now. Hope it remains this way. Had a couple of scratches but over all the phone seems to work well!

I will hold onto this device as long as I possibly can, till it either dies or apple discontinues it’s updates. Phone is used was in great condition and stays charged throughout the day with no problems.

I truly think my granddaughter is going to be very happy over this birthday gift. She has been asking for one for her 11th birthday. I also got her a protective case for it.

The phone seems to work fine but the case is pitted and worn and the battery health just 85%. I was hoping for better based on other reviews and given the premium price that Best Buy is asking.

Phone great for price but has many scrathes on it.

Some light scratches, a few nicks around the phone but everything in working order. Slight rattle noise but nothing major. Overall pleased with the condition

The beginning of an iphone era, this will be the first step for her to realize how an iphone works and thereof will explore the newer models in the future. Thank you a very good gift.

So far so good...since we just received the iPhone last week, we are hoping it lasts awhile. It is reburbished so we are keeping our fingers crossed.
