Super disappointing. In an attempt to save money, I (foolishly) opted for a used iPhone. Which worked fine initially? Six weeks later, it becomes burning hot while charging and the touchscreen refuses to scroll, forcing me to shout voice commands in public like an absolute maniac. Spare yourself the headache and purchase a new, more efficient model.

Good phone but older cheap price for a backup phone

This product seems to be a refurbished one having lot of scratches on sides. Packaging was not good.

So far,so good .it will take time , but I will take a while to learn.

Arrived in perfect condition. This is the best iPhone design - it feels solid and strong in your hand, but small and light in your pocket. I had an iPhone 8 before, and I was able to transfer all my apps to this SE model without any issues.

It gets the job done. This was a perused phone I purchased for my 11 yr old for his birthday. It has been doing well. He is hard on phones and did not want to purchase him anything newer right now. He is happy with it.

I bought a refurbished iPhone se. My opinion is that refurbished means it has been rebuilt to be like new but not new. This thing was faded, dinged up, and had old battery that is not 100%. Expected better from Best buy

Don’t risk buying preowned phones. Received a phone which would not even stay on for a minute. They seller wouldn’t have shipped if they had ever switched on the phone before shipping to customer. The greatest surprise was bestbuy asked me for 35$ restocking fee I returned the item in store.

Bought for my teenage daughter. Perfect, smaller phone for someone who doesn’t want to carry around a tablet-sized smartphone. Has 6s software, though, so it’s a very capable phone.

I bought this because my son needs a phone that will fit in the pocket of his scrubs without falling out. This was recommend by the two young men working the department. It had to be ordered and arrived earlier than expected. He was pleased.

My husband had a 5c, he needed the size due to a medical issue. The 5c was starting to slow way down and we weren’t sure what to do. Was informed about this phone—-it’s the exact size needed Excellent buy!!!
