This phone looked like it would be a good purchase. The outside of the phone was pristine. However, I could not activate the phone through Verizon Wireless. I tried switching SIM cards, but that didn't work. I tried adding a device through the Verizon website, but that didn't work, either. Then I went to the Verizon store, where I finally learned that the phone is discontinued, and is no longer supported by Verizon. Perhaps other wireless carriers will activate this phone -- I don't know. I returned the phone to my local Best Buy, and paid a $35 restocking fee.

Phone arrived before expected delivery date. Phone functioned perfectly. Website indicated that phone would be a refurbished phone, and the phone case did show some very minor evidence of wear. The display seemed like it was new. Overall, I am really happy with the purchase.

I brought this phone for my son while still in high school; it worked out fine for his needs and has lasted the entire four years of high school; not issues with it at all. My only problem was he didn't' keep the outer box I brought for him and cracked the screen the second year. Other than that no problems. I'm actually upgrading him this year and looking for another pre-owned iPhone. Until he is working and can purchase his own cell phone lol!!

I was a bit skeptical buying this because it was pre-owned but it works perfectly fine and there have been no problems with booting up, loading apps, and making calls.

I needed to replace my phone. I was skeptical about getting a preowned phone but this one has exceeded my expectations and works better than the other one I had.

The speaker does not work sometimes. This is the second time I have returned a refurbished iPhone SE 1st generation to Best Buy. Fingers crossed for the next one.

The description stated "open box", however, upon arrival it was not the box associated with the product. The phone, if it was a returned item, as suggested, had been used for some considerable time prior to its return. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Best Buy that says "open box", it may just be whatever box is laying around to accommodate a product of undetermined age.

I wish I would have skipped by this phone. It was a gift for my son. It would not hold a charge and had to send it back a week after he opened it. I will not buy another reconditioned phone.

The phone was dirty and in bad condition had to go to the nearest best buy store to return It and pay difference to get another one never again i know it was used but at least have hygiene and clean them used products for the Love of God

negative side does not work when phone is cold positive nice size to stuff in packs and pockets

Great phone! Great price! Ordered 2 and learned they were once with another carrier, because when Verizon set it up to be used it would work for a few minutes and then switch to “No Service”. BB was unable to help or assure that another phone would be different. Buyer beware.

Great phone for a great price. No issues as described

Phone gets hot when charging and battery drains quickly.

Phone showed 87% battery capacity, but would go completely dead within 5-6 hours without use. With usage(browsing etc) it would die within 3 hours. I was under the assumption that any used phone you advertised online would have been tested. Returned it to my local Best Buy and they were very helpful. Ended up purchasing a new phone instead. Overall I was supremely disappointed with everything except the staff at the Independence store.

This iPhone are old models but still working perfectly, I get 2 often as a give for my uncle, now the are able to do face time with me and have a great phone.

Phone has locked to Verizon after using a Tracfone sim compatible with Verizon (didn’t know which one to use). Now I cannot use the phone with my service and the return time frame has passed.
