I love my MacBook! It’s fantastic!! I watch tv and listen to music. I do lots of emailing and writing and the set up is great!!

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I understand that this was a refurbished item however it was dented, scratched, rusted, and extremely dirty. I’m not use to getting stuff like this from Best Buy. This was from a third party vendor so I suggest that Best Buy reconsider who they choose to negotiate and deal with because it makes them look bad. I sent the MacBook back the very next day. So disgusted with this purchase!

It’s a nice MacBook overall. A bit heavy though. I should’ve went with the MacBook Air.

Perfect for what I needed, previously owned a surface. Although a mac is different than a PC. It wasn't to difficult to relearn the format.

Dependable utility and great laptop for all types of works. I mainly use it for YouTube editing

Wasn’t able to use it too out box to set up it got stuck on one screen and would not do anything else so I had to return it.

I bought an Apple Mac book pro (refurbished) for my daughter. Generally Apple products are great, even refurbished products! But this one has been nothing but trouble. I had to take it to Geek Squad about a week after receiving it because the mouse track pad wasn't working properly. I got an email from Geek squad saying repairs were done but after getting it home it still had the same problem. I called Geek squad and they said it was not repaired and the person that checked me out should've read the service slip saying it needs to be mailed to the service center in Kentucky for repair (which would take 2 weeks)! I would prefer my money back at this point!
