The macbook arrived on time however upon removing it from the box I noticed there was a dent in it which I was willing to overlook being that it's a uses laptop however after setting up the laptop I noticed the battery life started to diminish very quickly and upon checking the status it stated it need to be replaced. Also there were screws missing from the bottom of the laptop and the screen won't stay in one position if it's tilted to an angle. This isn't my first macbook hence the reason why these automatically jumped out to me. I reached out to the seller so at this point point I'm waiting for there response

This computer was great until it randomly stopped working properly. It no longer reads the internal hard drive. I can’t do even the most simple things on it anymore. I bought it in February 2018 and it stopped working May 2019. Considering how much I spent on this computer, I thought it would last quite a bit longer. Very disappointing.

Item was defective, it kept shutting off and started beeping.

My daughter found it easy to use for school and personal reasons. She finds it user friendly, syncs with her other apple products

I didn’t not like that because it was refurbished it wasn’t up to date

Bad idea to buy this!! Does not run correctly at all and cannot return it. Was a gift to my Granddaughter and we are both very disappointed!!

Great shape and product for my daughters first year of college

Less than 30 days and now starting to where it won’t connect to Internet. WiFi won’t connect
