I purchased this IPad Pro on 4/9/19, and it worked great. It had a 90 day Best Buy Warranty, On August 29 (1 month and 20 days after warranty expired) the IPad shut off, had a white locked screen and wouldn't boot up. Tried to fix using ITunes but failed with error codes 21, 2009, 4013 and 4014. Took it to Best Buy. They got the same error codes. They said it had to be sent to Apple and would cost $397.00 to fix it. I wish I would have bought the refurbished one from Apple that comes with a 1 Year Warranty, But Best Buy enticed me with the $399.00 price for theirs.
