I ordered this item as a Christmas present for my nephew. When I received this product it would not power on. Showed a dead battery. I plugged it into the charging cord provided and an old block I had. Still would not charge up. I also had an old cord laying around so I tried that. Nothing. Thought it could possible be the block itself, so I bought a new cord and block. STILL NOTHING. i contacted the seller the same day I received this item to which they asked for the IMEI and serial numbers to ensure they’re getting the product that they sent. Unfortunately with the device being dead and not charging I didn’t have access to do so, so I returned it.
After waiting about 7 days after they received the item back I heard nothing from the seller, so I reached out asking for an update on my refund status. To which they responded saying that this was not the condition they sent the item to me in, therefore I will be receiving the broken iPad back via mail, and they will not be initiating a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
