It was delivered very fast and it was nice also it was like new

Like most people I would rather buy new if I could but who wants to pay double if you don’t have to? So I figured how bad can this iPhone be? My iPhone 7 still works great so this 13 should work great also. I was wrong. The mic on the phone was damaged when they put it back together (refurbished) so no one could hear me speak. The battery which I assumed was new also could not keep a charge for long. Had to return it and paid around two hundred dollars more for a 14 that was new in the box. Works perfect as a new phone should. Probably would have put up with the battery not being great but not the mic being damaged. Renders the phone useless.

Great product only wish they replaced the battery would have paid extra

When I got it I was happy about the appearance because it looks like a new, but when I look at the battery health level is only 77%. I tried to put up with that. But then after a while I found out it won't charge when the phone is off and also it doesn't show the battery icon while charging. That's a big issue. So I wrote to the seller asking if I can exchange to another one but it ignored my questions and just tell me to return.

The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The communication was horrible and when I didn’t receive my package they kept tell me to call everyone but them and vice versa. I kept getting the runaround between UPS Best Buy and this company wonbat and after a month of fighting back-and-forth between each company, I finally got a refund will never do business with this company again

I think this phone is really good. Every thing is good but the battery life is a bit off.
