Phone was not as described battery quite working after on week. I now have a broken phone. Wireless Source was the third party seller. Many bad reviews I found out after I purchased this phone. Many people sent there phones back and never got a refund. I thought that since it was through Best Buy I was safe in purchasing but I was not. WARNING BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT PURCHASING ANY THROUGH WIRELESS SOURCE.
