This phone is a great buy for the money. If there is one complaint it that it did not come with a users manual. There was also no mention of a SIMM card being required (previous Sprint phones did not require one). Other than that this phone has been working perfectly and is far better than my previous Android Phone.

I was skeptical buying a preowned phone, however this was the perfect replacement for my android which had broken a few days before. It arrived and it literally looked as if someone had only just taken the phone out of the box. I love the phone but just wish the screen was bigger!

Phone brought as a Christmas present... my daughter absolutely loves her new phone. Can do so many things that she enjoys. I am thankful for the price it was affordable for an awesome phone.

The used phone we received was just like it was taken out of the new box. It was in perfect condition, and after using it for the last month, it has exceeded my expectations.

The used iphone5 was bought seeing the star rating. But on delivery in June 2015, I saw lots of used & scratch marks on its backside and there was a screen protector with countless air bubbles. I could not check its functionality immediately, as I could not insert a sim in it for want of the pin. The slot would not open otherwise. I had to urgently move out on official duty and on my return, yesterday I managed the pin to open the sim card slot and inserted an at&t sim. I was shocked to read the display on the screen that the phone was not unlocked and my sim could not be used on it. I bought this used device for my daugher's use just because of my faith in Best Buy. But I'm really disappointed and hope BB ensures that it is unlocked or else I could return it. I bought it as it was advertised as unlocked and usable under any GSM provider. It is still within 90 days warranty period. But I don't have the contact details of the third party vendor to return the product. Hope someone, especially Best Buy would help me in this.

As a replacement phone this iPhone is terrific. It does everything I need and more.

Purchased a certified used Iphone. Have had nothing but problems. The phone freezes. It shuts off at the most inopportune times. The battery is defective. Checked the Apple site, it said the battery for that serial number has already been replaced. No help in the stores, nor online support. Sending it back for either another phone or a refund.

We purchased s iphone6 at best buy sarasota. Very friendly and helpful over there. I felt very well informed amd able to make the right choice in terms of tupe phone and contract/ provider etc.

I like this version of iphone better then the onther ones that came out.

You would think that when a product is advertised as a Sprint phone that you would receive a Sprint phone. But no, after 3 hours of driving to the Best Buy store, Sprint store, Apple store, and endless phone calls, come to find out the phone is actually a Verizon phone and can't be used because I have Sprint. I really trusted Best Buy when I was buying a pre-owned phone only to end up extremely upset. Thanks Best Buy.

Bought this phone for my aunt and she loves everything about it

Buyer BEWARE: The phone itself was in pretty good condition. Some nicks and scratches around the corners. HOWEVER... This phone does not come with a SIM Card. After learning this at my local Sprint store, I was sent on a wild goose chase looking for a SIM card that would work with my phone. None of the sprint stores or the Apple store were able to provide on, nor did Best Buy when I ultimately had to come back to the store to return it. If you have an extra SIM card, you'll be fine, but otherwise buy elsewhere!!!

is this iphone unlocked? i need to know becauase i have tmobile
