I'm sure this product would have been great except Best Buy was not accurate in it's description of why the phone was returned in the first place. The Phone has nothing wrong with its sleep button as originally indicated. As it turned out, the real problem was that the phone inadvertently shuts itself off after long periods of non-use. Prior to purchase, Best Buy assured me that their tech department has checked the unit out before they put it back out for sale - since the original complaint was that the sleep button does not work properly, I can see why they might have simply tested for that functionality... they need to be more thorough when it comes to returned products. Given the proper attention, I believe this product would have been a great buy.

Would be 5 stars but battery is very bad does not hold charge only reason for 4 stars

This LTE capable iPhone5 is 3 gen old, but it is still a very nice, well built phone (it does not feel outdated at all). It's a good deal to buy a pre-owned iPhone from Best Buy or Apple to save money. Got the Verizon version for the SIM unlocked feature; phone came in very good shape with new charger and USB cable.

I'm price sensitive, so I would never buy a brand new iPhone 6. But this refurbished iPhone 5 is affordable and exceeds all of my expectations. I really enjoy how fast it is!

Wonderfull oportunity to the price only a problem with batery but i change

Daughter's iphone on the fritz. Bought this replacement, popped in sim and back up and running in 10 minutes! Phone screen is perfect, all buttons function crisply, wifi and phone work flawlessly so far (knock on wood). Only issue was some very light wear marks on back of case, but it will always live in a phone case anyway. Cheapest preowned I could find. Over $100 cheaper than verizon......Good value.

Received phone as pre-owned, fair condition. Better to buy new at a higher price.

This was a cheap iPhone but has a lot a ability if you don't have a phone get this phone

best iphone ever its fast and it has a really pretty design

The phone was sent to me with a broken sleep button. I was told I had two choices return it and get my money back 3-5 days for it to go back on my card or wait 3-10 days for a shipping label and send my phone back go with out a phone in tell they sent another one back even know he could guarantee they would have a preowned Verizon iphone 5 same as I bought even know they had my CC on file they would not send me out one and let me send the broken one back when I got the new one. I had to do this over the phone even know I was at best-buy bc the store said they could do nothing bc it was a preowned we'll they asked if I bought a geek squad extended warranty my answer was no your website would not let me buy it . I was treated bad bc I had bought it online and not the store and did not have the geek squad warranty that was not offered to me the WORST customer support in my 35yrs. So here I sit with no refund on my card (still waiting) and no phone.
