I did a lot of research on iPad cases and ultimately ended up buying the Apple case with cover. It's a solid case, all the holes line up in the right place, and it can be set up in a couple of different positions. It's also not bulky at all and doesn't add a lot of unecessary weight to the iPad. Be careful, though, when setting it in the upright position as it can be a bit unstable. Overall, one of the better cases for the $$.

For what this product is, it is very pricy. Best buy had same price for this, as it was online, at the apple store. Its a shame Apple doesn't include this with the Ipad in the first place, but thats another story. Have only used this cover for a little over a month, but so far it seems like it will last a while. Only time will tell. The autoshut off feature, when you close the cover, and open it works perfectly.

Bought one a year ago and wore it out. Wanted to get the exact replacement since liked it so well. Wish it would last a bit longer.

Bought her a used IPad and she was thrilled but wanted the case . Smart girl and we knew from experience it was the right move.

This is much slimmer than other non-Apple covers I have tried and still appears to provide about the same shock protection.

I use my iPad for business where this cover gets opened 25-30 times per day, I've noticed the seem where the top cover meets the main body starts to rip over time and the sides start to come un-glued, for personal use it would last mush longer. I stay with this case because I like how sleek it is and the fact that it turns on the device when I'm ready to work. It's a Great case and worth the money.

I am so happy with this case. Not bulky but protects my iPad . I really love it!

When I checked with the Apple representative at Best Buy about a case for my iPad, he directed me the Smart Case. He said some after market cases will cause the iPad to overheat, but not so with the specially designed Smart Case. I'm happy with the case because it does the job of protecting my iPad. Moreover, the front cover folds into a rest that allows the iPad to be angled for better viewing.

Perfect cover for the iPad. My wife wanted a cover to match a designer version of the back piece and this was a fantastic fit.
