A bit pricey,but perfect in every other way,fit is great and it's not bulky

Make no mistake, this case is expensive as far as iPad cases go. However, it is totally worth the price. The case turns off the screen when you close the case, and it turns the case on when you open it. It might seem like an extremely small feature, but it's very nice when you use it. The smart case also provides a lot of protection for the iPad if you happen to drop it.

I've had a few different ones and this one is by far the best. Allow me to put the iPad in many different positions hands free for reading.

I've had this case for about a month now and seems good. I like how it puts my ipad in standby when I close it. I also like how light and slim it is. I don't know if it will last very long though. Seems like it might wear on the folds. But so far so good. This is my first iPad so I really don't have anything to compare it to.

The smart case is a great case and cover. My 1st generation iPad had a cushioned leather case that was great at protecting the iPad but very bulky. I prefer the lighter case and its magnetic stand. it has no cushion to provide shock absorption in a drop which is its only down side. Overall, the pros outweighs the cons and I would recommend this case for any iPad owner.

I have the original iPad with the original case. I never liked the way it worked as a stand. This new case works a little bit better, but still not ideal. The Auto-ON/OFF feature is a nice improvement where closing the cover automatically turns the iPad OFF and opening the case automatically turns it ON. Very convenient.

We had one originally, but through constant use it began to fall apart. We went months without one and realized how much we needed a case.

My last case literally was falling apart. This one looks sturdy and should hold up well. Like it so far.

This case is made by Apple specifically for the iPad. The iPad is locked when the cover is closed and unlocked when the cover is opened. A nice feature to conserve the battery. When the iPad is in the landscape position, the cover can be adjusted to prop up the iPad. That is nice for viewing videos and reading e-books.

Works as expected. I like the color and how it fits on the iPad.

This is my second Ipad cover. I knew it would be a great product and I really had to search to find it. Thankfully, Best Buy had it.

This case is great. Adds protection to ipad and looks good too.

This is a good cover for a household with no small children. It's not as protective as the shock proof covers such as otter box

I absolutely love this cover. After having a first GEN iPad and not being able to have anything other than a bulky portfolio style cover or a sleeve jumping to a Smart Cover with my newest iPad was a no brainer. It works amazing and is nice and slim and all the stand options are great for using during presentiontions. Very is to take on and off as well

The case is fitting tight and very compact. Does not make the iPad look bigger like sone other cases.

I bought this smart case because I wanted a light case for my iPad. The only downsize it's that it doe snot cover the back. My solution was to buy a hardcover for the back of the ipad only. I love how weigthless and stylish my iPad looks with the Smartcover and the additional backcover I got for it.

I love how compact this protective cover is. It fully encases the iPad while adding minimal bulk. Cover folds smoothly out of the way, or triangles into a support base for upright viewing. With this thin cover, my iPad fits comfortably into my purse. I have been using this cover happily for over a month. My only complaint is that it didn't come in black.
