Apple products are overpriced. Excellent product. I would not have bought it if I didn't have reward points to spend.

I ordered this cover thinking I was replacing my current worn out cover. It was not what I thought it would be but it was an open item and I should have known by the price that it would not be a good replacement. For the price it may be good for some but not for me.

I really enjoy how the I-Pad goes in and out of sleep mode just by opening and closing it. However, when folding into a stand to watch a movie or something, it easily falls over. I would say this product is great for every day use but not the best when it comes to watching movies.

The iPad Air Smart Cover is a perfect fit for the tablet protecting the screen and the back of the tablet. A big negative is the $79.00 price tag. It's leather, however, a very cheap grade of leather...almost pleather-like!

Wish this size came in a better color selection but holds up well. This is the second one of these we've bought because after two years the first one started to split. I'd consider that good considering it was in the hands of a 5 year old that didn't always treat it well.

This new version of the Apple protector totally incases the IPad, which is great vs just covering the front screen. However, I have found it is slightly difficult to open. You must get your fingernail under the lip of the top cover in order to open. Otherwise....I like this cover!

This replacement cover for the 2nd generation IPad works as well as the first one we bought several years ago!

I had another type of cover and I ditched this one. I lost it, ditched the other one and bought this one again.

I originally passed on buying this when I bought my iPad. Just another gimmick, and another way to get some extra money from me I thought. Boy was I wrong! As I started using my iPad for both work and play, I would notice I would forget to turn off the iPad and let it shut off on it's own, or I would think that I shut it off and wonder why my battery usage was shorter than I thought it should be. After recognizing my habits and talking to other owners, I decided to try the Apple iPad Smart case. My iPad hasn't left the Smart case since! The case is molded in polyurethane and comes in a variety of colors that should appeal to your own taste. The beauty of the Apple IPad Smart case is the simplicity of it. Open the cover, your iPad comes to life automatically, no waiting around for it to load anything, it's ready to use! Close the cover and you put your iPad to sleep, no more wasting battery usage! The only downside I came across is it can only be used as a stand when using your iPad in landscape mode, not really set up for vertical usage. With that being the only flaw, I highly recommend the Apple iPad Smart Case!

It is as advertised, but prefer a case with deeper groves to provide better stability.

I like my new case - especially for the smart cover that auto turns the power on and off. However, my previous case was much sturdier when used as a stand. The smart case has fallen over several times when using the ipad for internet or a game. for a movie it works great.

Over all a good products. Would like to be able to flip open without the use of my nail.

This rounded off a Mother's Day gift for my wife. I got her a new Ipad with retina display and needed a protective cover for it. She likes the light, compact design. It would have been a better value if it had been priced a little lower but it's for my wife so I went for it.

Bought two of these cases. One for me and one for my wife. Only problem is the lack of color choices. We both liked grey, but her Ipad is white and mine is black, so no problem. I like the way the cover can be configured to act as a stand or prop.
