This is great for protecting the screen of an iPad but does not have a way of "propping" up the tablet for easier viewing. It also leave the back exposed. i would reccomend a full cover that has built in slots so you can read the iPad better

Would love it if it could roll up into other stand up display formats - really tough to position it properly on a flight for example. Sitting right over it makes it reflect or glare, trying to stand it up it will usually slide down.

Works great, magnetic strip easily attaches and doesn't come off unless you want it to.

I am a big fan of Apple products but was very disappointed with this cover. Frankly, the fact that opening/closing the cover puts the iPad in and out of standby mode isn't that big of deal. Seriously folks, it really that hard to push the button to bring the iPad in and out of standby? Does that make the cover "smart?" Come on, Apple. You've spoiled us, we demand more for our $$$$. I especially don't like the way the cover folds up to provide an easel for the iPad. In addition, when we folded up the cover to position the iPad in a "landscape" position (i.e., to watch a movie on Netflix), the cover was unable to support the iPad and our cover separated from the iPad on several occasions. Fortunately, there was no damage but I found this to be quite aggravating and returned the cover.

Simple way to protect your screen and keep your battery from running down.

I liked the overall look of the product but my only issue was that it keeps coming off the ipad. I think it would have been better if it was clipped instead of the magnet sticking on. Its a good product if you plan to use it all the time by keeping on the table.

This case looks great and feels great too. Also, the magnetic feature is cool and how it turns the iPad on and off. On the contrary, the case only protects one side at a time, so if you want to store it in a bag or backpack, only one side will be protected. I returned this item and got a different case to protect both sides.

I dontn know how it works but it does. Very handy and functional.
