I love the glass screen, the clarity is amazing! i wish the image could go right to the edges though instead of having a black frame.

The best thing about this monitor is that it only takes two cords to attach: power and a thunderbolt cable -- and you are ready to go. Just detach and take your laptop. Simple.

You can save some money going with a non-Mac monitor but there's something to be said for ease of connection, consistent display quality, crisp text and solid design! Luv it!

Thunderbolt monitors provide a wonderful viewing experience. Expensive. Easily connects to compatible Mac computers and may be connected to additional thunderbolt monitors.

Sleek, crispy and beautiful! The only downside is that there isn't a headphone jack - you need to use the headphone jack on your laptop, which means three things to plug in every time (power, thunderbolt, headphones). Whereas if the monitor had a headphone jack you would only need to plug in the power and thunderbolt.

The screen is great and the sound from Itunes is really good. At times, it does feel a little big

only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that wont work with a windows PC and I have both Mac and Windows. Best monitor I ever used and I remote into my Windows machine when needed.

This screen is beautiful ,and it works seamlessly with my mac pro. It has totally changed my work flow in terms of designing, and in entertainment. Worth every penny!

I use the Apple Thunderbolt Display as my second monitor and it works great. I think this is a great investment for anyone but especially the creative types.

Love the large sceen and it has good quality reolution.

Very pleased that I went with the 27" Apple Thunderbolt monitor--and I never worry about buying an "out-of-the-box" or refurbished product from Best Buy.

Great product, but I wouldn't pay anywhere near full price for it considering that it's 3 years old. But it's the only display for your MacBook that combines a 2K display with a docking station. But I'd wait...

I'm a graphic designer who works on both Macs and Windows computers. I typically love Apple monitors and was thrilled when I could afford to get Apple's latest 27" monitor to go with my new Mac Pro computer. The color and detail of the monitor is great, but I wish I had thought about the fact that it's shiny glass (like an iPad screen), and the shiny glass reflects every ceiling and track light in my office. I wish they had stuck with the matte finish of the older Mac monitors - much less strain on the eye. I probably should have taken it back and got an HP Dream Color monitor but it's too late. The shiny glass looks real slick in the store, but get it into your work space and for me at least, it's causing some eye strain looking through the reflections.

Not too much more than other high-end monitors form LG, etc. Resolution, brightness and contrast are everything you would expect from Apple - best in class.

This is hands down the best monitor I have ever owned! The clarity of the monitor is amazing. Highly recommend buying this monitor over any other brand!

This is a great monitor. I have it married up to a Mac Book Pro. The screen is big, bright and crystal clear. And it is a great "dock" for Mac Book.

Overall this is a great monitor. Resolution, and color accuracy make it great for photo editing. The various ports available are a real plus, however it would be nice if the USB ports were USB 3.0 not 2.0. The only negative comment is the high reflectiveness of the screen, which can be a bit annoying at times.

I have used the thunderbolt monitor at work for some time. When I setup my home office I got the same monitor and I am very happy with the monitor.

I have owned this monitor for approximately 5 years now. I have had zero problems with it. The image quality is great and the picture is just as good today as it was when I took it out of the box. This monitor is a bit pricey; however, it is well worth it.

I bought it as a second display for my iMac and has stable calibration and does exactly what I expected.
