It suits the purpose and am happy with the product.

There is nothing glamorous or special about this cable. It is a decent length and works in conjunction with Apple's USB-C power adapter to power my MacBook. That is essentially the only use I have for this product as I am not aware of any USB-C peripherals at the moment that I would need to connect to my MacBook. Ultimately, it works as advertised and I have not experienced any problems with the cable. There may be generic versions available that are less expensive, but I have more than one of these cables and none of them appear to have any flaws (no failures). The quality and ease of use makes any premium associated with purchasing an Apple-branded produce of this nature worth it to me.

I purchased this cable in addition to a second power adapter for my MacBook so I could have one in my backpack each day without the hastle of unplugging the original each morning. This is the smallest mac notebook power adapter I've ever owned and it takes up hardly any room in my backpack. The 2m length is very adequate in my opinion and the reversible USB-C plug removes guesswork when connecting to the new Macbook. The convenience definitely outweighs the cost.

Great cord. Use on my iPhone 6. Good length and much more sturdy than the apple brand cord, which I've purchased multiple times and always weakens and eventually stops working.

Even though the USB C cables are slightly new, they are really awesome. This is both durable and easy to transport as it's super light weight!!!

This cable feels nice and premium, as long as you don't wrap your cable up too tight it will last you years without the need to purchase another one. I tend to keep extra cables throughout my house so I don't need to hunt for a charger when I need one. Don't forget to pickup the USB-C charger brick while you're at it, this does NOT come with one.

Even though Apple recently recalled the first set of USB-C cables that came with the early MacBook 12" Retina laptops, you can do yourself a favor by snagging an extra cable or two. These cables don't have the same defect and seem to be less pliable as well (meaning less chance of a bent/broken cord near the connectors).

Yup, it is a usb type-c power cable and it does everything it says it will and then some. A little know fact for most is that it can act as a HDMI cable as well and the new Apple TV has...you guessed it, a usb type-c plug on the back, so want to watch a movie from you MacBook, plug it in!

There's not so much one can say about a cable. But build quality is one main factor. And this cable delivers. A bit expensive, as anything Apple, but worth it. If you buy a MacBook charger, you *will* have to buy one of these cables, as it's not included.

This cable works great and as expected. However, please note that if you buy a new Apple 85watt adapter (part that plugs into the wall) it does NOT come with this cable. I made that assumption when I was buying one, and then I got home to find out that there is no cable included in the box! So you have to buy this separate cable so that you can plug the new mac book pro (late 2016) to the power adapter. Craziness. The box does a terrible job of indicating the cable doesn't come with the adapter.

Bought the cable, then received another by apple couple days later, cause they came out defective or something. But as of today I'm still using the one bought from best buy and has had no problems at all.

It is little longer than the regular one and use it a lot to give more room to plug by the outlet...

Decided to have this spare cable in my car so I could charge the phone while driving. Glad I did.
