I am so disappointed. I purchased my first Apple Watch 3 months ago and loved it. However, the screen cracked within 2 months. I did not purchase AppleCare....so I was out of luck as cost to fix is almost the same as purchase price. So...I decided to purchase a new one with AppleCare. The screen cracked 4 days after I purchased it. I have been so disgusted that I haven’t even sent it to Apple for repair / replacement. I work outside for a living and have decided the Apple Watch is not built for blue color people. I do not recommend this product to anyone who is involved in any physical activity. Thus, what is the point in owning this product?

Never buy open box at Best Buy unless u are using it right then and there and make sure it works - bought a watch for daughter for Xmas and they didn’t want to replace it after it was a gift and not gonna be hooking it up yet and so I had to play hell to get a new one they wanted me to send it In to fix it and it was suppose to be open box just like new ! Bad experience - bc holiday rules I guess it has to be within 30 days - BS !!

I’m a big fan of Apple products. Their phones and AirPods are solid. Purchased this watch impulsively for myself as a tax season gift. The watch syncs well with my iPhone and AirPods. However, streaming and powering up is slow. The fitness apps are completely inaccurate. Being a huge fitness nut was the rationalization for buying one. Very disappointed. Had several fitbits that were spot on each and every exercise session. This watch is too expensive and offers nothing to the fitness buff.

It worked fine for a year and then during a shift of residence I missed charging and using it for a month and it won't charge up and run again? I get the 'Snake on a ladder' symbol whenever I get to charge it. Unfortunately, there is no way to open this thing up or replace the battery. Repair costs compete with brand new device pricing. So, am in catch 22 now.

It's been a little over a year since I purchased this watch and it has a software defect. It's showing a squiggly line and charging symbol. This isn't a good product. Apple is charging 249 to fix.

Reached down to get remote under sofa and it cracked easily. Barely had it 3 months. So disappointed in my purchase. It's a cool watch but way to flimsy. Birthday gift to myself busted in less than 3 months.

You should not sell this product . It is terrible.. don’t buy this . It broke with in a week and they charge you 5.95 for shipping to get a new one . That one lasted 4 days

Had this watch 12 months then the battery swelled and the face came off and broke. Expensive watch to only last one year.

When i made the purchase it said that it was in excellent condition.when I receive the watch the scream was scratched an the besel was dent.

I bought a open box in excellent condition and the watch I received was very worn. It had crud built up around the bottom of the case.

Wouldn’t sync with phone and it’s functionality is very limited. Save your money, get a Garmin or Fitbit.

I was really surprised there was only charger cable in my box. I can't find a charging brick.

Love Apple Watch. My wife, my college kids, and myself each own one, love it.

I bought this watch due to the Nike Run Club app. I run a lot and when I finish my runs and I hit stop on my Nike Run Club app, it should say my time, miles run and some other info. It doesn’t always do this. It is extremely frustrating. Sometimes it take six or more hours for a run to show up on my Nike Run Club. Sometimes it does what it should. A new problem is the app didn’t even start for my 5K today. NRC has been good in communicating with me, but this has happened soooo many times, I had to write this review. I wouldn’t buy this watch if you want to use it for the Nike Run Club app. If it wasn’t for this problem with the app, I would give this watch a 5 star review. However, that’s why I bought this watch and I give it one star.
