    Fraudulent Return Process

    I thought I was buying this from BestBuy but it was through a third party vendor called JemJem. The watch would not even hold a charge for a day. I returned it and I have spent three weeks fighting with this vendor to get my refund. I return it as per the instructions I was given through BestBuy. Then the vendor contacts me and tells me I need to delete it from the iCloud account. I do that and reply back that I have done so. Next I get an email stating the same thing, we had two rounds of this. I then sent screenshots from the phone showing that I had did as a requested and it was now up to sign on to the internet with the watch. After that they've now sent me an email stating that the watch was reported lost or stolen and I need to take that status off my iCloud account to get the refund. They can clearly see that it was not reported lost or stolen by the screenshot I sent them. They are giving me the runaround or they have sold me a lost or stolen watch. I'm done dealing with the vendor and going straight to BestBuy.
