Tracks a lot of exercises even if you forget to turn the workout on. Wish there was more memory. Because of that you have to be selective on what apps you sync with your watch.

Does not connect to older iPhone models

Just a heads up in case anyone else has a similar thought process for gift giving. I was unable to determine other features as the watch was unable to connect to her phone or my iPhone 13

Good replacement for the wife’s Fitbit

It was a present to replace my wife’s broken Fitbit. On the plus side, much more functionality than the Fitbit. The watch can easily navigate between types of cardio. The not so good side is that the pedometer functionally seems to under count steps. All in all, a good purchase.
