Bought it for fitness functions like outdoor cycling workout tracking - and it’s great for that - but wound up loving it for intuitive things like haptic feedback from maps (a gentle buzz when it’s time to make a turn) and Spotify controls that pop up when you listen without having to open the watch app. Docked it one star for the incredibly fragile glass face. I shattered mine within a week of getting it, so definitely get a case and a band - the one it comes with is terrible.

We love our SE Apple Watches. The only reason to upgrade to Apple's "top of the line" watches, in my opinion, is if you want to see your temperature or ECG. Everything else appears to be the same. Great watch! Highly recommended.

Great Apple Watch, loved everything about it. Highly recommend. Unfortunately watches in general don’t work for me due to skin problems/allergies, but my girlfriend is loving it.

Out of the Box item. Loved it how its so smooth and like brand New. Does everything like you would expect from Apple. The display and retina on the screen is awesome. Updated with the latest IOS version on a 2nd generation. It's doing it's thang!

Nice upgrade from Fitbit for me. Similar size to the Fitbit Versa models but smaller than other Apple Watches. Neat features for a first time user at a more reasonable price.

It was a wonderful. I purchased this for my best friend and she has really enjoyed her gift. She needed a watch to help her manage calls in her sales job. It has been a life saver and efficient way to field incoming calls.

Black it was very nice didn’t even notice it was on felt off when it was off!! Very nice color this was open box didn’t even notice the difference the product was in top notch shape!

I brought this for my mother for Christmas and she hasn’t taken it off yet! She loves the meditation moments and loves that it can read her heart rate. I swear the lady always answers me with the audio call feature when I FaceTime her. Definitely 10/10.

I gave this a 4 because the watch is great (5) but band is too small (3). Make sure you know your wrist size before you order. I have an 8.75" (223mm) circumference wrist and the M/L band is not big enough. Consider buying a 45mm or larger watch that you can get an apple extra large band for. It is also much easier to find a larger band with a larger watch. I'm currently looking for a band that is big enough for my wrist and fits my watch.

I have had this watch for several months. It is comfortable to wear. The band and watch are waterproof, and I had no problems wearing them in the pool for my water aerobics classes.

very good bought it for a gift I recommend it is cheap and practically has the same options as an 8 series

This is my second Apple Watch. Feature rich and great design. One star reduced as battery life is not that great.

Prompt delivery and item looks as advertised. Black Friday day they went them on sale, so Best Buy gave us a credit . Can't wait for my son in law to open it on Christmas day!

Love this watch! Keeps me motivated on burning my recommended calories for the day and getting my exercise. Very convenient not having to pull my phone out for every text or phone call as well

I do not like the band it came with- very difficult to handle, as is stiff and slick- so will have to buy another one.

I have never bought open box before but wasn’t sure what to expect, one of the best things I have purchased. I loved my other Apple Watch, but was ready for an upgrade glad I bought it from Best Buy!

Like having your phone on your watch it’s good for easy access

The watch is great I love the color of the band. These watches are good quality watches and haven’t had any issues with it not working. I love how I can call and text on it while at work.
