    For some reason it is opened. I returned one and got the replacement which does not have plastic wrap as well. Product might good but Best Buy is selling used but saying it is brand new.

    I bought the watch for my son but he did not like the watch, he said his Garmin watch is better and ask me to return the watch. He said the watch is to big.

    The battery lasts maybe two days… complete waste. Farmings can go a week without recharging.

    I got this for my mom and she was really excited about it. I have an older generation watch (Series 4) and I am impressed with the new features this has , yet it’s not overwhelming for my mom. We did take time to watch some YouTube videos together so she could learn how to use it and adjust things like turning off annoying app notifications . I like the SOS and fall detection features as well.

    This is an upgrade to my existing watch and I can say that I am very impressed with the larger viewing angles. Also the find my phone single is much louder which makes it easier to hear
