    I bought the Apple watch for my mother. She's in her mid 80s and needed something in case she fell. This watch is perfect. She has felt more comfortable with the added security she gets while wearing it

    We have purchased and returned this watch 3 times and have not been able to get it to connect with our Verizon plan. Whether we went directly through Best buy to activate, Verizon, or Apple, this watch does not function as advertised.

    Never will I ever order a cellular device from Best Buy again. Any money I saved, I now lost fixing what they’ve screwed up.
