This is my second smart watch. My first was the pebble. I absolutely love it it combines the best of my Garman GPS watch and my pebble smart watch and yet it's designed specifically to pair with my iPhone and allows two way communication not just one way - Love using it as my dress watch, smart watch and my running watch. This one watch replaced three other watches. And contrary to a lot of other reviews if I'm not running a race with it I'm getting two full days at a battery charge. People complain that they run a marathon with GPS constantly running the only get five hours but my Garman GPS watch with the GPS constantly running only get seven hours so it's really not much different in this watch this so much more. If you just run a 5K you'll still get a day and a half to two I have one the charge on the battery. I will use the Watch all day and leave it on all night using the sleep plus plus app to track my sleep and then I just threw it on the charger in the morning while I'm in the shower. Absolutely love it

Having owned an original 42mm SST Apple Watch for over 2 years, it was time for an upgrade. While I know Series 3 is out, the price difference, relatively small upgrade & LTE were not enough to make me want one. Especially that to get stainless I also needed to get LTE so going for a series 2 was the right choice. For the watch, a easily get 2 full days per charge compared to barely getting a day with rage series 0. The response time is a million times faster. I also enjoy the look of the black stainless compared to the silver I had before. Lastly the brightness makes the world of a difference. If you have an older version do yourself a favor & upgrade to a great watch for a great price.

I was looking to upgrade my series 7000 apple watch. The series 3 did not offer a stainless steel non-cellular case option. So I looked at the series 2. The watch is heavier than the aluminum, which is no issue. The screen is much brighter and the processor is faster than my previous watch. I paired it with an X-Doria guard and Platinum stainless steel band and it has elevated the appearance of the watch. I like it a lot. Also I won't be bothered with the back of the case peeling since it has a ceramic back, compared to the composite back on the aluminum watch cases. And because it's being dropped by Apple, so has the price. Making the watch even more attractive.

I have a series 1 watch and my major criticism was it's lack of water resistance. My new series 2 has corrected that and gone beyond: more watch faces from which to chose; the face seems brighter; more selections available in workouts; distinctive appearance that wears well with casual or dressy clothing; functionality with the I Phone is seamless - I particularly like the ability to have a telephone on my wrist while working out; the new water resistance feature means I wear the same watch through my swim; and a quick switch from the sport band to a "Milanese" or "Link" bracelet dresses up the watch even more that you can move right in to business sessions. A criticism I have heard is that the series 2 display is not always on. For me this has been a non issue since I don't feel the need to constantly look at the watch: a quick turn of the wrist activates the display. I am pleased with the Series 2 and feel it offers terrific value.

I was looking for a watch that would track my daily health activities and sleep patterns as well an aid in using my time efficiently with texts that need my attention or can be dealt with later. It has been all of that in aces, and I found added benefits with map directions tapping me for right or left turns without looking at the phone maps which I can't always hear - big plus. Guys I drive around now think that I know every road in the four state area! Very happy with this product.

I am loving my apple watch!!! I ended up getting the more expensive one with the sapphire glass, because I am prone to hitting my hand/wrists on walls and stuff!! I also exercise a lot, and I lift weights, and use Kettle bells, I wanted peace of mind and more scratch resistance for my watch!!! I do believe if you are not prone to these things, save the money and get the cheaper watch!!! I started with the Series 1 and was very happy, however the screen protector I got kept peeling off!!!! So, I had to bite the bullet and spend more money on the more expensive apple watch!!! This watch is a tiny bit heavier than the series 1, but I am coming form a Garmin Fenix 3 Hr, and am used to heavy watches. This watch is not too heavy at all!!! The Black stainless steel is very shiny and does attract fingerprints. If this bothers you get the silver one!! All in all, I am very happy with this watch!!! When I do weights, or high intensity training, I pair my heart rate strap to the watch for better heart rate tracking. The apple watch is fine for walking/running!!! Give this watch a try if you have an Iphone, it is a perfect addition!!!

I got this watch without ever seeing a review for a left handed person. When I got it I put it on my left hand and proceeded to test it out, quickly I realized that texting with the scribble was extremely slow because I had to use my right hand. I looked up a YouTube video and you can turn the face upside down and wear the watch upside down on your right hand and be able to still use your left hand to text. Also the watch is heavy but I love it, it’s very classy.

I waited for the Apple Watch Series 2 before buying because I knew there would be substantial upgrades. It was worth the wait. Before buying this watch I read all the other reviews. I chose the stainless steel model mostly because it came with the sapphire crystal watch face. All quality watches should come with one. Sapphire crystal is hard and has superior scratch resistance, so no protectors are required. I purchased the watch mainly for activity tracking. But now I find other apps to be handier on the watch then having to dig out my phone. It is great for shopping lists. I can just look at the list on the watch rather than the phone, very handy. I haven't used it for listening to music yet, so my battery consumption has been extremely low. I use slightly less than one quarter of the batteries capacity per day. I find the sport band comfortable to wear all day and the best option if you are very active. It is easy to keep clean and stays in place when running. I would recommend this model to anyone considering an Apple Watch.

For me the Water Resistant feature is reason enough to trade up from the original. No more switching watches for water activities. This watch manages power better, has a much brighter face, is faster loading data into apps, and has a built in GPS. Over all a much improved version from the original.

This is my first purchase for an Apple Watch. I chose the Series 2 as I wanted a stainless steel version without having the cellular version. It was priced right and felt that the SS was a nicer quality over the aluminum. It looks great and I get compliments on the look of the watch. I will be pairing with a leather band as well to give it a nicer more elegant look.

The stainless steel is handsome and classy. A much better processor helps and TVOS4 has brought it to higher level. Add with music streaming and siri watch and Toy Story watch faces to complete the experience its amazing. Highly Recommended. If you do not need GPS and want to buy at a reduced price go for it.

This apple iwatch 2 is great. It looks good and functions well. Very customizable. The stainless steel has held well after about a year now. It doesnt have scratches or anything crazy but then again, I take good care of my things. Just don’t forget to charge it before you leave the house!

I spent some time researching many watches and decided on the series 2 stainless steel for training and everyday use. For me Apple was just the best choice out there. I love my watch and the ease of settings is great with. a multitude of watch band colors to choose from is plus.

Its a great smart watch, know that is water resistant and it has gps makes it even better, A true sports watch has been born. I love it but wish they made it a little bigger then 42mm.

The new Apple watch series two does everything it is supposed to do. The new internal GPS seems to track distance fairly well. Setup time was extremely reduced vs the older version due to the faster processor. I have had my running since they launched with no issues. My one complaint from the activity side is the average speed indicated using the Nike+ run app. It spikes a lot vs giving me consistent times. I know for a fact I do not go from a 7 minute mile to 10 minute mile and back in the span of 30 seconds. That is too large a swing in speed to not notice. The speaker phone does seem to be a touch louder than the original. Other than that, the new Web OS3 is spot on to fix a lot of problems. Side note: the water ejection button is not well advertised. You have to physically select the speaker eject water option after submerging the watch for it to work properly. Pro: -Faster operation -Internal GSP -Better sounding speaker Con: -Have to buy a new watch -Most of the newer features not well explained

Perhaps I should have waited to write this review as I believe one day is not enough to fully test this watch; however there's no need to wait; I've played with it all day and the battery is still at 73%. Is comfortable to use; has great features, my favorite being water resistant. This is the main reason why I wouldn't buy the series 1. Also this is a nice upgrade to the aluminum casing. Treat your self to a nice piece of technology.

OMG... I was not sure that i wanted it because of size and i have my phone...but i am so glad my Husband got me this for Christmas I LOVE IT hands free and still be able to communicate...and work outs become a lot easier.

I was very skeptical that I would like any Apple Watch. I was able to purchase a perfect Open Box Series 2 after the Series 3 were out and I was shocked how much I liked the watch. I was able to access all of my brokerage and bank accounts and get updated alerts on all my financial sites... I also really appreciate being able to screen junk phone calls without having to look at my phone. I expect my apple watch to last a long time but when it is time to replace I will most likely buy another apple watch...

Like I did and suspect many others do before diving in to buy an iWatch, we went to the Best Buy reviews to check them out for guidance. It certainly helped me and I hope my review helps you. I purchased the 42 mm stainless steel case sapphire crystal model and I can't be more pleased! Granted it is more money but it was the right choice for me because I'm hard on watches and the last thing I wanted to do was scratch it based on reviews by others (thank you!). And yes, I have inadvertently bumped it against things in normal daily activities already with no injuries to the watch or me. Yea! I also have put on a Zagg protector and I would highly recommend that too. Please look at my review for this item too under that product. As far as the watch itself, it was easy to set up and I'm using it more and more each day because you really don't know how it will help you until you use it for a few days to a week. There are so many options to use which is very cool! They just keep coming! To have a different watch face everyday or hour if you want is great all by itself let along with the thousands of other uses you could take advantage of too is a winning combo! In summary, I highly recommend this to those on the edge of buying. The final straw for me was if they went on sale, I would give it a whirl. They did and I plunged and I'm very happy that I did! I have no regrets after buying my apple watch. Get a lot of compliments on it too. At first, I feared it might look a bit bulky, but not at all. I have traditional watches bulkier than this one.
