I had recently had the face pop out of the first series. Other than that it works and looks perfect(40MM stainless steel). I am in process of having it fixed for a friend. I thought this was a good time to get current and purchased the 5 series 44MM stainless steel and have been very impressed. The available apps are amazing to work with the health app already pre- installed by Apple. It not only monitors my body health from a workout program standpoint but also has an ECG monitor for the heart, in-depth sleep monitor as well as diet all kept in one app(it also monitors the decibel levels I have experienced every day). All of this data is stored and can be referenced at anytime. Custom faces are endless, storage capacity is crazy big. As far as the battery, I use the watch all day, keep it on while I sleep to monitor my sleeping habits and still have 40 % battery left In the morning. I put it on the charger while I’m getting ready in the morning and out the door at 100%. The Apple Watch has helped my productivity for over 4 years now and I was lost waiting for my new one to arrive. Knowing that this watch’s capabilities are endless I would pay twice the price today. Sounds crazy but it’s worth every penny. You do not know how valuable it is until you no longer have one.

I love the always on display, after reading many reviews, I thought it might be a problem for my daily usage. So far, taking it out of the charger at around 9am and arriving back home at around 7pm, my watch still has >60% battery life left. Otherwise, I feel like there is no difference from my Series 4. The display being on the whole day makes a huge difference for me, and that along was worth an upgrade!

Bought this watch for $465.00 with tax brand new from Best Buy’s during a sale and got a full year of Apple fitness free also, you can’t beat that anywhere, stainless steel with Saphire crystal for the price of the aluminum Apple Watch 6 and the only real difference is the blood oxygen sensor which is useless anyway, amazing.

Absolutely perfect, I work in manufacturing with a lot of metal and heavy machinery and don’t have any scratches. And love how the time is always displayed without having to flip my wrist.

Beautiful. Bought this when it was on sale in January and best decision, ever. Beautiful gold color-exactly what I wanted and sturdy than the ceramic watches. Worth the price!

My jobs requires me to be attentive to communication amongst teammates, however I can not be with a phone around our patrons so, the Apple Watch allows me to see the notifications and keep myself updated with our company emails and procedures in a discrete manner.

I guess the one option I like most is the Stava app for Apple Watch that works so well with hart rate and other information that seems to work better then even expensive bike computers.

I love my new Apple Watch! Before this I had the series 3 stainless steel and this one is just as great. I’m not a fan of the aluminum watches at all. They’re too dull in my opinion. Not to mention I got an incredible deal on this one!! $449 for a brand new stainless steel Apple Watch?! That’s only $30 more than the series 6 aluminum GPS watches!! What an absolute steal!!! It’s beautiful and gets the job done, don’t think I’ll be needing the blood oxygen sensors

The watch had an issue and needed to be returned. I was able to make a few observations. Had the watch been trouble-free, I would have kept it. I liked the always-on display more than I expected. Coming from a previous model without it, I’ve never had an issue with the display waking when i rotated my wrist. It was surprisingly nice being able to look down and see the time, however. The space black stainless steel casing is beautiful, and the sapphire display will hold up to scratches better than the Ion-X Glass in the aluminum watch. I’ve had both models previously, and the Ion-X Glass does show some wear after a while. Resale on the Apple Watch is terrible. The stainless steel models don’t typically sell for much more than the aluminum. They all share the same capabilities, processor, sensors, etc, and it is an electronics device, not a traditional watch. Buy the stainless steel if you are OK spending a little extra on more expensive materials. Depending on what you prefer, it could absolutely be worth the extra cost. Do not expect to recover much of the difference through resale later.

First off, this is a very expensive item that’s an accessory and debatable whether or not you need it for the small convenience it provides. With that being said, it’s a very well made product, works as you would expect from any Apple product. I’ve found it convenient to have messages and calls on my wrist without needing to take my phone out of my pocket. I also spend less time on my phone since it’s not in my hands. One feature I found helpful that I didn’t know the watch had is the ability to take a picture from your phone but clicking the button to take the picture from your watch. This seems like something I’ll end up using more than I would’ve imagined because now you can set your phone up and back up to take a picture rather than holding it as far from your face or body as possible. It’s also very convenient to reply to text messages by using the voice to text feature right on the watch and hitting send. Not having to take your phone out and hold it makes responding while driving or just keeping your hands free is nice. I also have an August home door lock which unlocks from my phone anywhere I have internet and there’s a watch app for this. It’s nice having this on my wrist as well. I’m still learning about it and there’s some great features and conveniences and a lot I’ll never use. If I didn’t like the message and calls and the ability to have LTE to it I’d say go with the WiFi only, but the cellular connection is where I find myself realizing the biggest benefits. I also went with the stainless steel over the aluminum because of the durability. If you have Apple care you can turn it in on a claim, but you only get 2 in 2 years so you have to keep that in mind. But to keep the price down I wouldn’t have too much of an issue getting the aluminum and just getting a case for it. I like that it can go in the water so if you’re swimming, in the ocean, or even in the shower you’ll always have access to your phone and messages. You also get free international emergency calling called SOS in 135. That could be a lifesaver if you ever needed it. If the money isn’t an issue then give it a shot. If it’s a stretch to buy it, this definitely isn’t a necessity like your actual cell phone is these days.
