It fell on a tile floor because I found it so difficult to take on and off, It needs to be charged daily. I wish I could have enjoyed it, but I was just learning it and it broke. It was very heavy to wear daily. I decided not to repair it for an additional 140.00. If you do order it, get a thinner, easier to buckle strap. I bought this watch for a good price, but it lasted less than a month. It won't recharge now and is absolutely no use to me. It is hard to track sleep cycles and exercise because it needs charging often, and I'm not sure how the heart monitoring really helps. I don't like that I have to adjust everything to swim.

The watch died less than two years after purchase and was told I needed to pay over 200 dollars to fix…that is more than half the cost of the item. I am ashamed of Apple and Best Buy for not taking care of their customers and selling faulty products. I paid the money for this item to work and now I have nothing to show it less than two years after purchase. This was my fathers first Apple Watch and I am so embarrassed I got this item that is now a paperweight. Shameful all around.

It works ok. I like the connectivity. It would be better if the battery lasted longer.

I like this watch but it's gone blank just 3 days out of warranty. I've had three Apple watch series 3 replaced before buying this one for batteries swelling and popping the crown off in under a year. A $400 watch should have a better than 1 year warranty.

Thought it was worth the price since now I can measure my oxygen levels. It is not very accurate. If you don’t care about oxygen reading and ECG, get the SE version instead.

I like the accuracy of the data. Especially the GPS. I am not too sure about the battery life. It seems that I need to charge it every night. If I didn't do this before I go to bed the battery would sure be dead by the next day. What worth would the sleep data or an alarm be? Since I bought it as a exercise monitor and for health, I don't play music or use it for e mail or pay attention for notifications so the battery life seems to really stink. I also have had a Fitbit I usually could go for 3 days before charging. Also for nutrition I had to buy an app Lifesum to take care of it. There premium $37+ for a year doesn't do any better than Fitbits nutrition log.

Color me disappointed, Apple. This was a replacement for a Fitbit. The blood oxygen and ecg are fun but the novelty wears off quickly. The sleep tracking is horrible- it doesn’t give you anywhere near the details that a Fitbit provides. The watch is loaded with a bunch of apps- why would I want to check stock prices on my watch? The tracking does not pick up workouts automatically even with that option turned on. I can be a mile into a walk before it buzzes and asks me if I want to track this. You’re Apple, you should be tracking this automatically. Overall, not worth the money.

Well it looks nice. I shoulda known better than to buy open box. The darn thing wouldn’t pair. Had to spend over an hr on Apple support just to go into the Apple store, which included half a day off from work. Only for Apple to have to send it off for inspection and repair. Here’s hoping it comes back working, since I’m now on two weeks without yet using it. Hopefully I get it back this week. Long story short just buy the new, and maybe just buy at the Apple store.

I wish it had Facebook and other apps that I luv! I didn’t realize in needed cell service to go further away from my phone. I am a mail carrier and being able to have that watch when walking and I forget my phone is awesome but hubby did not realize it had to to cellular with another plan. So ultimately we decided to return it. Note for anyone who reads this- make sure u get cellular with gps and also know you need a cellular plan just for the watch! It was a very expensive Fitbit.

Has not been opened yet. Purchased as a graduation gift and then it was not wanted (received more than one from family) and now it cannot be returned? Did not know that you could not return a purchase like this one. Another lesson learned. I have an apple watch and do not need this one. Upsetting. Purchase and selection were very easy online however, thus my 2-star review.

I love apple but I will never go through this trouble with bestbuy again I purchased this on September 16th, 2020 and they sent me the complete different thing then had to go through a whole different process to get it. Turns out they didn’t complete the process and now it keeps saying it’s going to arrive one day then not and onto the next. Still haven’t gotten it and here it is October 16th, 2020

Got a blue one with cellular for $40 Cheaper!!! And !

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter. While the shipping was quicker then expected, when opened on Christmas Day, product was not as described, missing charger. Now unfortunately we will have to wait in extremely long lines while trying to practice social distancing. Won’t know how the watch function until we can get a charger.

Lots of great options-answering phone and text on wrist. Access other apps on you wrist. Mini EKG. Health options like Breathe. Face could be a bit larger. Easy to come unlatched from your wrist. Biggest shortcoming is terrible battery life. If you don't mind daily mandatory charging, you'll enjoy this.

This is my 1st Apple Watch. I have always had Fitbit products. I wish I would have stayed with Fitbit. The battery life on this watch is terrible. It needs to be charged daily.

Bought an Apple watch series 6 (GPS) open box, got home and found a pink series 4 in the box. I had a feeling something was off when I only paid $256 and the watch sells for $499. Immediately sent it back.

When I ordered the Apple watch there was an offer about free second Apple band as a gift, but I didn’t get anything. I picked up my order and realized it only at home.. So I never return to the store because line was crazy.

I have had my watch a few months and it does not respond to raising my hand to “wake it up”. That is an important feature for me esp when biking. Very disappointed because it worked for a couple of months.
