Received one part of band only!

No watch face, no second part of band and no charger. And, although the part of the band that I received was very nice, it was not what I wanted! I wanted the entire watch. I am still waiting on refund 2 months later. Had I known this would happen, I would have not purchased the MANY other things that I have purchased since then
