I haven’t worn one for about 45 years, they would always stop on me. I’ve used it to find my phone, track my activity, even my heart rate & sleep. It’s fun you can change the face.

I love the fact that I can track my workouts whether it be walking or paddling or just going up and down the stairs. I also like Health readings on it although I haven’t figured them all out yet. I’m anxious to learn more. I also love the kaleidoscope watch face. I’ve received many compliments on it.

I tend to return a lot of things but this is not one of them. The sleep tracking is pretty detailed which I like. Also much better at recording steps than the iPhone is.
