I really should give no stars, first my order was shipped and I received the wrong product, I called customer service and kept getting the run around about receiving a email in 24hrs & I didn’t then had to keep calling back. Finally a package investigator ask me to send pictures of this watch? Like why I don’t want it you guys are giving me zero resolution on where the watch I ordered was, then I came in your store in Lancaster Pa and was told that the watch that was supposed to be the other store I ordered from got scammed, and told id have to pay 50 more for the new one because they didn’t have the one I ordered, no other solution besides telling me I would get free shipping! Wow I got free shipping the first time overall I will really think again before ordering online from Best Buy.

I have yet to experience my Apple Watch due to it being stolen, and despite reaching out to Best Buy for over 50 days, they have failed to offer a refund or replacement. The police officer confirmed the theft and provided a report. It's clear that Best Buy has shown no consideration for customer interests. I intend to escalate the matter by contacting my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Trust me, in America, there are protections in place for customer interests.

The reason I'm rating this low is because of 2 annoying situations we went through. First, I ordered the watch online and they sent me the wrong item. The size and color of the watch and band were incorrect. I tried to exchange at a local store and were given the runaround by personnel there. They wouldn't do the transaction. I had to deal with customer service by phone. Second, the watch wouldn't charge within a few days of receiving the correct one. This would have been annoying enough if I purchased the watch for myself, but it was a gift, and caused me a lot of embarrassment.

My husband didn’t like it. It was not the surprise he was hoping for. Perhaps newer technology is available by now.

Don’t buy open box . I couldn’t use it because it was on someone’s account . Tried to return it at the store and they told me I had to send it back .

If I could give ZERO stars I would...yes, one of those reviews! Best Buy customer service department has to be one of the worst on the planet. Ordered an apple watch, fed ex package was tampered with and watch was stolen. Waiting almost 2 weeks for assistance and getting nothing but a run around. I will never shop with this company again ever.

Poor shipping service. Kept waiting all day for the delivery, but instead I get an email next day that the package is being sent back. Why ?? No reason, didn’t even make an attempt to deliver. Now I haven’t received the refund even after 15 days. Very poor.

Since starting to wear the watch in January, 2024, I've noticed pain in my left arm and elbow that is gradually getting worse. I take off the watch and the pain is slowly going away. Since I purchased it at Best Buy, apple says they can't help. Something is wrong with this watch.

I work administration. At one point during the day I looked at my watch and there was a visible crack. How? anyway long story short I have to pay $300 to replace the screen of a $500 watch. That was the result from Best Buy’s customer care. I purchased a lot from Best Buy from large expensive TVs to washers and dryers, so I was expecting better customer service.

It was sold as Open Box Excellent but came with considerable scratch on the display.

Bought for the wife for a Christmas present. Christmas came, gave her the watch. Wrist ban too big. Called Best Buy, they said I could exchange it. Went to the store and it was going to cost me over $50.00 to exchange. Probably never buy anything again from Best Buy. Recommend this item but not purchasing from Nest Buy!

Im not very smart and upgraded from the 8… wasnt worth it. Still nicest smart watch though.

Ordered the watch on monday, and didnt get it until tuesday. I have the best buy service that gets me 2 day shipping so i thought BB would help me, but nothing was done. Most of the blame is on UPS, but BB didnt ship the watch until 48 hours after i ordered it.

I was missled to believe this watch would link to a data account. I had asked the people who worked there and they all said it would work but it doesnt have the ability to. It was over priced for not being able to link up.
