It didn’t work out. Wouldn’t charge had to give it back

I found device was inaccurate at times. I think it may have been too large for my 7.25 wrist and sometimes the sensors didn't always make contact

I gave it a chance, but I should’ve got the Garmin Phoenix eight.

This was a fake Apple Watch. Had to return it as it was defective. Still in the process of getting my refund. It’s unbelievable Best Buy would allow a fake Apple Watch reach its intended recipient.

One of the worst service I ever received from best buy. When I brought Apple ultra watch with trade-in, they charged full amount of my best buy credit without deducting trade-in value. I thought trade-in will go through within few days.So, I paid my best by credit card balance by subtracting the trade-in value. But it’s been over a month, still trade-in status says Received and verifying the trade-in. since, I didn’t pay balance of trade-in, they added interest rate to the balance by best buy credit card. I tried going to best buy store and also calling customer care, no one was helpful. This is the worst experience I ever had. I will be removing my account and closing best buy credit card.

This watch is a really expensive watch as you can see.

Complete JUNK! These new Apple products are horrible! BEST BUY will do nothing to stand behind their loyal customers! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE NEW APPLE PRODUCTS

Super disappointment with this experience and how BestBuy is treating customers. Was expecting a call from the customer service as I was promised but no one reached out to me in regards to my issue.

Impossible to use during a workout since it triggers the action button despite me turning it off. This can lead to the siren going off or calling 911 by accident. Can't return it because to my surprise the return policy for smart watches isn't 30 days but 15 days.

Overrated, overpriced and OVERSIZED. Returned and went back to my smaller Apple watch.

Do not buy these from Best Buy. They sold me a used watch that was activation locked, and would not accept it as a return. Absolutely not worth the risk from this chain. Will not shop here again.

The Watch Ultra 2 is awesome. I have been holding out from the series 4. I like the better battery life, im getting about 2 and a half days before I charge it. I really like the bigger screen. I can view more complications with the new watch face. Im not really a fan of the band, but I will be swapping that out with a metal one. Is it an expensive smart watch, yes but in my opinion its worth it.

its got great feature and the only thing wish apple would do is hurry up get blood oxygen back to Apple Watch the battery last longer than series 10 Apple Watch I recommend it worth buying

Absolutely love the new ultra 2. Battery life is amazing and great upgrade from my apple watch 6. I was debating the size, but its not too big.

The battery life is the best of all the Apple Watches I have owned. The screen is much easier to read also

I upgraded from a series 7 to the ultra 2 no comparison the ultra 2 is a much nicer watch bigger disply really bright has alot more to offer

This watch is very, very nice. It is so exotic. I heard they use vegan hemp fibers in the band it’s soooo comfy I love it. Makes me so happy. Sometimes I just like to rub it. The watch is so big and I love it big. Love love love it!
