I highly recommend getting apple care with any big purchase like computer or laptop it’s alway nice to know if anything happens you’re covered. I only had to use it once and I was amazed how fast and easy it was for customer service to fix my desk top over the phone! Don’t regret the purchase at all.

Always, and I repeat always, buy the extra Apple Care plan. You're already spending over a grand on an electronic device, that you're hoping will last you. Things happen. Spend the extra and get Apple Care.

I purchased with warranty/service package for my wife's Mac I purchased earlier this year. I know the product is good and my wife wanted some assurance her Mac would be taken care of should happen and I could not fix it. We are very pleased with the purchase and hope not to use it.

AppleCare is "a just in case" product to have! Just in case you knock that computer off the desk and it cracks, or your child throws a ball and it hits that ipad and sends it flying breaking the glass or whatever! Just take it to an Apple store like Best Buy and get it fixed or replaced quickly!

I’ve had this for my iPad Pro before and when it stopped working they swapped it out without a question. Literally, they inboxed a brand new iPad Pro and transferred my files and apps and sent me on my way. Couldn’t be happier with this product, and if you have the iMac they come to your house...no sending in or going to an Apple store.

When I spent as much for a new iMac, I wouldn’t be without this Applecare warranty. Sure it’s a little expensive but the alternative if you really need it is much more expensive. This warranty is 3 yrs, wish Apple would offer that for their other products TD which is generally only 2.

You should get AppleCare+ for your iMac because its very difficult to find certified help in most small towns, plus who else is going to help you for your very expensive Mac computer and warranty! ✞ ✰ ⚚ △ To Apple Inc. GOD BLESS YOU

I don't purchase many extended warranties but due to the cost of the iMac I decided to get the 3 year plan. I have already contacted Apple Care about some IMac setup issues and some issues between my IMac and IPhone. Wait time was short and Apple Care Team members were very professional and took care of all of my concerns.

I have purchased many protection plans for Apple products. Not sure I agree with the “deductible” required for any claim after paying for what is essentially insurance. But I hope there will be no problems with the tech. I still believe the cost is worthy.

I liked how it automatically got registered as soon as I bought my iMac from BestBuy. It was so convenient as I didn't need to do an extra step. It also gives me some peace of mind as I know if anything happens to my very expensive iMac, I am covered.

Apple Care has never failed to address and solve my problems efficiently, quickly and in the most friendly manner possible. Coming from the PC world, I had some difficulty adjusting to the MAC but there Apple Care folks made the transition smooth and relatively effortless.

What can I say except that you buy insurance to avoid nasty budgetary surprises. My wife's previous iMac never needed service up to the time we retired it after 7+ years of service. This one will probably not need service either. Like I said, insurance...

Just get it. You know you will need it! I have had it for my other machines and it came in handy. Apple's customer service is unmatched. Apple also backs their products. Not every computer company out there is as willing to work the consumer as Apple.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She needed this for her laptop for something for grad school. This made her so happy and she said it was very helpful with buying storage. I’m not computer savvy, but if she’s happy I’m happy.

I never buy an apple product without having Applecare. You don’t need it until you don’t have it. It’s better to be safe than sorry. Why spend that type of money but provide no protection for your investment. Get the AppleCare!!

Have not used Apple Care yet but its better to have it and not need it. It is hassle free! As soon as you purchase Apple Care, your device is already in the system so their is no need to register the product or anything. It is great!

Pretty much a must have purchased, particularly when the Apple product was purchased for business or a student. We consider this mandatory for any Apple Macbook that we’ve purchased, gives peace of mind against a expensive computer.

My son uses this for his homeschool, and stem projects. The graphics are beautiful and so sharp. It works flawlessly, and is such a great change from pc. I can see this computer serving him well for a very long time.

I have purchased several Apple products in the last 10 years. I always purchased Apple Care. It’s worth it’s weight. When you need help, if there is a problem with your item, they are there to help you.

AppleCare is a must when protecting such an investment- accidents do happen, although knock on wood - I rarely need the services besides on mine or my kids phones and ipad possibly. Was on sale for a good price too!!
