YOu need something like this to protect a product as expensive as apple computers

I mean. Haven't had to use it yet, and I hope I never have to because somehow even with this, you end up paying for whatever you need help with.

While it’s good to buy expect issues in getting your product serviced quickly there are now a lot of delays deal with geek squad if you can better service

It is nice to know that I have 3 years of care for my iMAC. The only problem is that I tried to contact them about my new MAC and couldn't reach anyone!! I ended up contacting Geek Squad.

I haven't submitted any claims on this yet. I called store to see if I had it and they said no. I see now that I do have and will give more feedback after dealings.

great service, helpers were very kind and cleared all doubts. Wasn't clear at the website in the moment of purchase the missing items I later discovered.

Read the fine print! the one time i needed them, i was told this program for hardware only, so the software problem was never solved
