If you take care of your stuff. Save your money. If u plan on. Accidently spilling water all over your Apple product. Get it.

I'm not rating the product. I'm rating the service of trying to get my product via email. I started with online chat, then after 3 times, told to call an 888 number. I've been transferred at least 6 times. All I want is an email from Bestbuy for my AppleCare+ product to download. No one seems to know which department I need to talk to. Service is VERY poor. I can no longer recommend BestBuy to my friends.

I mean. Haven't had to use it yet, and I hope I never have to because somehow even with this, you end up paying for whatever you need help with.

I don't usually by extended warranties, especially from filthy rich companies like Apple who should warranty their product for longer than a year considering they are worth more than a trillion dollars, and it would make people think they weren't such thieves. Anyway it's an insult that I had to but this considering the price of the item. Apple I like your products for the most part, but you take advantage of people buy producing an expensive product (I accept that) but by giving it a warranty of a cheap product.

called apple to replace keyboard they sent me to a store to get replacement, when i got there they wanted the whole imac with me they said accessories are not covered.

Returned keyboard because of faulty keyboard typing was not working Ended up buying a new keyboard Poor service I

I never have used this plan. It isn’t something that I need because I primarily use it for personal use.

Sucks they do not help worst Vire printers as 3rd party not elligle for connection support. Horrible tech!

We were notified last year that the service is no longer available. I was not offered a refund! I did use it once and was very happy with the service.

Waste of money, would not purchase this again, Never used it
