I'm new to Mac and this plan paid for itself within the first day of having my new Mac set up. I called multiple times and each time the rep was super helpful and very easy to work with. Not at all my usual experience with computer help desks.

I love apple care. All my products are apple brand and I’ve had to use my apple care once and it was hassle free. No major questions asked they just fixed the issue! I’m a happy customer.

It now not only covers the problems with the computer internally, it also covers what someone might do to is.. like a dog jumping up knocking it over or a glass of water being split on it. Have not had that happen but was told it will cover it all!!

This is worth the buck if you're buying Electronics I always bought a warranty with All Electronics I buy especially something expensive like Mac computers

For someone like me, who is not very tech savvy, this is a must have for peace of mind and technical assistance should I need it. Apple support staff have been helpful and friendly in the past.

We are very happy with Apple Care. The response to the one issue we had at the beginning was resolved immediately.

Just in case I drop my iMac accidentally or my wife throws it at me, the. I’ll have the peace of mind knowing Bestbuy will probably replace it for me.

I don’t expect to need to use AppleCare+ because Apple builds high quality products. But it’s good to have a care plan just in case because nothing is perfect.

Got this because it was for my office computer. I caught a client’s child tapping on my screen and then another moment crank the volume up. Thankfully it did not harm my computer, but more glad that it would be covered!

My experience contacting Apple Care has always been excellent. However, if the product (iMac) is rotten, their technical assistance is rendered useless.

Even though I have had no issues yet or needed to use the AppleCare I feel better knowing that it's there should I need it, especially when spending close to $2000 on an item.

Purchasing apple care was a great choice. It enabled me to pay a modest fee while receiving service whenever I needed it. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I do not usually by warranties but the Apple Care not only extends the warranty by helps you with free tech support by phone while under warranty. This has already been helpful since this is my first Mac computer!

Wasn’t sure if I should purchase as I have never had any trouble with my Apple products that wasn’t my fault. But this does add a little extra piece of mind.

Bought this for peace of mind and after continually having to replace Windows PC's every couple of years. I hope I never have to use it for repairs but I like that you get phone support for 3 years too.

Feels great knowing that the support is there for my IMac. Bestbuy has the best support in the business and hopefully Apple won’t disappoint if ever needed.
