They will spend hours helping you identify and then correct a program. Many times it is late at night and yet I have gotten the max respect and help. This is one protection that beats every other one I have ever used. They walked me through the setup for my new MAC. When it didn't work, they told me how to duplicate my other MAC to this one so now I am able to use the new one with the old one as a backup. And they talk to each others.
