You don’t want to buy an apple product without proper coverage. I’ve learned the hard way too many times. Had products replaced and fixed when needed

apple care uses third party insurance (New Hampshire Insurance Company). They always find ways to deny your insurance. First, they asked me to send my driver's license and purchase invoice. After I sent everything, they said they wouldn't accept it because my iPhone wasn't in iPhone search mode during the insurance process and they refused. The email they sent me was donot reply, when I contacted the phone with my claim Id, they all told me to start over, so far I have had many iPhone claims for the loss of my phone. Each call ends up taking about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. I kept calling, it took a lot of time, so I gave up. I should buy a new iPhone, this time I don't dare buy apple care insurance. When I lost my iPhone, I didn't set a lock screen password because I let my mother use it (she's 87 years old, so using an iPhone is difficult). I always have a SIM card in my phone and an Apple ID email, so thieves can easily get the Apple password through the phone number you are using and the email available in my phone. Try using your iPhone and do as I said above. you will see that it is true Why doesn't Apple use the security question when someone wants to retrieve the Apple ID password, because only the owner knows the security question.

The excellent product serves as expected, and I would recommend it to a friend. Apple is a great product and should be protected with additional protection besides manufacturer's warranties. So I would suggest anyone purchasing apple products insure them with this service.

It's AppleCare - not much more to say. Have purchased several in the past for our iPhones and have never needed to use it, but I wouldn't buy a phone without this coverage.

Consumers always balk at the protection plan, but should make sure that they are going to truly be able to go without before opting not to purchase.
