    This iPad does not hold a charge for long; it lasts less than four hours even after being fully charged. Additionally, the internet connection is poor, so don't believe all the claims the cashier makes. I was very disappointed.

    Getting things repaired by Apple is just about impossible it seems. And when they do repair it they mess it up worse than it was before. Monthly apple care+ is basically just square trade now but worse.

    AppleCare is a must-have for Apple devices. I have had numerous AirPods Pro and Beats headphones replaced due to damage or defective parts. Additionally, I had a free screen replacement for my MacBook Pro (screen is $700 for the part alone) due to a defect.
