My college son’s MacBook was accidentally damaged right before exams and projects were due! He is out of state and needed a new MacBook immediately. I went to my local Best Buy store and from the time I walked into the door, a very helpful sales lady helped me select a new one, arrange for it to be picked up at the store in his college town, got him set us with Apple Care and Geek Squad, and checked me out and I was out of there in 15 minutes!! The MacBook is amazing and my son got it all set up on the same day! He loves the Midnight color and its functionality is an upgrade from his old one. He was able to transfer all of his files from his iCloud and was able to continue with his studies without delay. Best Buy and Apple saved the day and my sons GPA! I was able to buy it using my Best Buy account interest free for a year, but they no longer offered a student discount. A few weeks later the price dropped, and Best Buy price matched and I saved $250 just by going onto my app and pressing “request price match” and my account immediately updated to the new price!! Ill definitely buy Apple at Best Buy again!!
