This is the first time I’ve used Best Buy’s Haul Away service. I used it for my new refrigerator purchase. I did not use Best Buy’s haul away service when I purchased my washer and dryer. I sure wish I did….. painless and for l an older guy like me easier the better.

Haul away our old units easily. Service was done quick.

The installers also hauled away our old dishwasher. They were very pleasant, professional and efficient. They called me twice to keep me informed of when they were arriving and were right on time. I really appreciated that.

After four different crews who came out to set up our fridge, luis and manuel were the ones who looked at our small space and figured out how to do the job. They were polite, quick and above all else, very smart about hoe to get the job done.

The 2 removal haul away studs were just that. Thanks goodness for strong men! Now send me that 400 for the review! Yaas!

The delivery guy was fantastic. He hauled every inside and installed my refrigerator. Gave us some important information about the refrigerator. Like discard the ice after 4 dispensing.

They put the new washer in the laundry room, and took away the old one with no issues. What else can be said? Even up and down a flight of stairs. A team of 3 staff members were on hand to do the job, and they arrived earlier than I had been told was likely, but still within the time frame provided. I'm certainly not in a position to throw away the old unit myself, and they recycle it, so it's worth it.

Fast and efficient. They came and hauled it away right after the new one was installed.

Haul-away of our broken television was offered at no charge with the in-store pickup of our new TV. GeekSquad phoned and texted with pending arrival and arrived within at our home within 24 hours of our order, masked and gloved during Coronavirus quarantine. Removed our broken set from the porch without even knocking at our door; absolutely contactless service. Thanks so much!
