    this feature is a BIG PLUS. It is hard to find the truck and place to dispose of used appliances. Another reason I loved TOTAL TECH. I will be sad for this feature to be discontinued.

    I had two refrigerators to be taken away. The malfunctioning one we were replacing and old non-working one. -- A major reason for buying at Best Buy is that it was the only company I found (out of 4 different ones visited) that readily agreed to take away both old units at a very nominal fee. -- Most stores would only do a one-for-one take away, or wanted an exorbitant fee to take away a second unit.
