I purchased two Whirlpool upright freezers. One for my son’s house and one for my house. These freezers for as large an interior storage capacity of 19.6 cubic feet has a small exterior footprint of 66” high x 33” wide and only 30” deep. It’s super quiet and has a fast freeze option and it’s FROST FREE. The purchase process was fast and easy. Delivery was a piece of cake and the delivery gents were extremely friendly and did a great install. P. S. The freezer has a key lock not so much for preventing unauthorized entry but is a good way to prevent young children from entry!!!

The two young men who came for the installation were very knowledgeable, and finished their observation in a very short time.

Very friendly site surveyor. Unfortunately none of his information was transmitted to the delivery-installers who came a week later. They had no record of the site survey, didn't install the range so that it worked, and left a gas line uncapped, a dangerous situation. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Gives peace of mind to ensure an appliance will fit and if any problems. For example, an electrical box had to be redone (slim vs standard box) and extra support added. Does cost extra as not part of standard installation, but then installation went smoothly.

Planning to buy a new LG refrigerator but wasn’t 100% sure if it would fit through my kitchen door and in the same location as the old refrigerator. Gentleman from Best Buy came in and measured the opening to the kitchen and also the area where the proposed new refrigerator would go. It was established, that if the doors were taken off the refrigerator, that the refrigerator would fit through the kitchen door opening and then could be reinstalled once put into place. The two gentlemen, doing the measurements, were very nice and professional and are credit to Best Buy

The Survey Team arrived on time to evaluate the potential cooktop installation for proper fit. They were very precise measuring the existing opening to determine if it would accommodate the new cooktop without modifications. There were no issues and the next day the installers arrived and installed the new cooktop. It fit!

The premeasure for making sure the double wall oven would fit and no further work needed to be done worked out really well. The appointment reminders and coming within the stated time worked out great for us. The installation also went smoothly along with the appointment reminders and installation time slot.

My purchase went smoothly, I had great help in the store! My installation for dishwasher oven and microwave was great, great people with amazing customer service, he even show us how to operate and make sure all appliances he installed works!! but the person who came to install fridge had a worse customer service ever!!! He even left all the inside trash in, didn’t even bother to show us how to operate or even it’s working properly!!! Was so disappointed!

Fabulous is the word to describe my products and services from Best Buy. Happy wife happy life. Thanks to Best Buy fridge,computer, vacuum, televisions and double oven. At the best prices too.

We ordered several appliances to give a new look to our kitchen. The worker who helped us pick out the appliances after we had a home-consultation and pre-measure, was very helpful and professional. He walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. We got the appliances and they were installed withing a couple of weeks. Overall I am very happy and pleased with the assistance I received from Best Buy and content with the products, the service as well as the installation.

Our tech was knowledgeable and friendly! He was able to answer all the questions we had about the installation and any issues that might arise before/during the installation itself.

Individual was not told by Best Buy what he was supposed to be measuring for. I do not think that it should be up to the customer to advise what the job entails!! Shouldn't Best Buy inform the person who is doing the on-site measuring??? Not very professional in my estimation-makes me wonder??

Truth be told we had a few issues with our initial order. We decided upon an appliance line, and set the dates for installation. Best Buy did not originally set up an on-site inspection. After the delivery/install team told us the appliances would not fit, Best Buy set us up with an in home consultation. While we had several issues with various install teams, we can state that the on-site service technician was exceptional. He had a firm grasp on what was and what was not possible for our space. He had an array of recommendations for us, and then worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend taking advantage of this service.

Two guys from SAAV came for measurements of existing microwave and gas oven on the wall gave me feedbacks. However, the sales rep was not good in selecting new products to replace them without having to do modifications and complications that would cost so dearly. I ended up dealing with another appliance place which did a great job and I will have new products to replace without having to modify or making other complications. Thank you for asking.

Did not call to my attention the deep door would need to be farther from the wall than I could provide. Therefore at this time the refrigerator cannot be pushed back to the back wall.

The techs were good. the only problem I had is they missed their original scheduled appointment and didn't even let me know they were going to miss it. I waited all day at home.

My stainless Whirlpool fridge is great looking and has room for everything!

This was a good survey and they informed us of a water valve that had to be properly situated for the fridge to work.
