The appliance looks good installed and the wife is happy!!!

The 5 stars reflects my satisfaction with the fact that BestBuy offers this service and the professional and courteous manner in which BestBuy handled the transaction and resolved my issue from start to finish. The personnel who were performed the assessment under contract with BestBuy failed to meet minimum expectations of courtesy and professionalism. I would have rated the experience with 1 star but for the fact that I didn't want the rating to reflect negatively on BestBuy itself.

I am Very Happy with the In-Home visit your installers did to reassure me that my new Slide in Range would fit just fine.

Ordered stove top range and hood. Guy came to survey and stated the hood was too big. Went to the store and upon investigation the dimensions were wrong on Best Buy site. Wasted trip. The guy at the store was intelligent and checked the vendor site.

Our tech was knowledgeable and friendly! He was able to answer all the questions we had about the installation and any issues that might arise before/during the installation itself.

Best Buy and AYS continue to be unresponsive, unreliable and indifferent. I purchased over $4k in appliances and have been waiting since 8/19 for a simple in home survey for a cooktop. Best Buy has not stepped up to cover the poor performance of its ONLY service vendor in the mid Atlantic region. AYS has already been scheduled to perform the work 3 times but has either shown up unannounced, cancelled the appointment themselves or plead inaccurate information to schedule a new appointment. Not sure I am done sharing my experience bc even after talking with 3 BB associates face to face and being assured it was being addressed I am still waiting for a pre measure. More 1 star ratings to come I guess.

Extremely disappointed with Best Buy’s in-home service. I scheduled an appointment and made time in my day, but no one ever showed up. No call, no update, no explanation. I waited for hours and ended up having to follow up myself, only to be told I would need to reschedule. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If you can’t rely on a service to even show up, what’s the point? I expected more from a company like Best Buy, but this experience has definitely made me rethink using them for any future services.

Nice guy. Good visit. Experienced and creative. He promised a written report that night, Jan 9. I have heard nothing. The site location is waiting on his report before starting the demo to receive the new golf simulator. I would like his written report. Thank

Great job doing survey helps to buy relevant size fits the space

We're looking at a home remodel and, as a Total Tech, member reached out to the Geek Squad for a home consult. Two techs showed up and made suggestions we hadn't yet considered for a combined kitchenette and a home theater area. It's been less than 24 hours since the consult so we don't have specific product recommendations, but just the way the conversation when and the value add to our design ideas, we have no doubt it'll be a home run! The Geek Squad is great!

My new dishwasher works great now but when it was installed, a connecting hose was only finger tightened. This resulted from in a slow leak under my sink causing my hardwood floor to warp. I had to call a plumber and and he rectified the problem, but at a cost of $100+. Not sure if the floor can be fixed.

No-show within the appointed time frame, I had to call and then they responded. Once here the service was good.

I am very happy with my new washer/dryer. They both work beautifully. I thank Best Buy for your patience. I didn’t believe I was ever going to have a dryer that worked. Now that I do, it has been very busy.

Overall a good experience from purchasing to installation of my wall oven. I had my questions answered fully and was happy with the process.

The team did a great job installing our new garbage disposal. Very efficient, very friendly and we've tested it with the dishwasher and simply the sink and all is working well. Would certainly recommend them to others.

Well third time was the charm Bobby Clark came out and was very nice and able to answer all my questions. He didn’t rush through so I feel very confident with the measurements. When I am able to find an oven I like I will be requesting him for the installation. I believe Karah was the person in the Woodland store who got this setup for me and I really appreciated her help but after 2 people that were sent using the 1-800 number though they both were very professional and tried to get the right person for me coming in store was the best suggestion they made. Unfortunately with the delay my health has become an issue and I can’t follow through with getting my oven right now but hopefully I’ll be back on track soon and will be back in touch.

I am incredibly pleased with my refrigerator. The size is small (it was by choice.) However, the interior design enables me to fit anything I want: Shick, sleek-looking, has a beautiful color.
