Excellent , professional techs that came out to make sure new range would fit

I was given a time frame of 7:30 am - 11 am in a text the day before. The day of the appointment I received another text after 8 am, with a tracking link, saying the driver would arrive around 8:27 am. The link counted down the minutes for 30 minutes and then said the arrival time was "soon". I heard nothing after that until he called at 11 am and said he would arrive in 40 minutes. I told him I would wait until 11:45 am but then had to leave for work. He arrived at 11:47. I lost 3 hours of work that day because I didn't know if "soon" actually meant the driver was going to arrive soon. I'm told this was a third party company, Innovative Freight Systems, not Geek Squad.

The appliance looks good installed and the wife is happy!!!

My new dishwasher works great now but when it was installed, a connecting hose was only finger tightened. This resulted from in a slow leak under my sink causing my hardwood floor to warp. I had to call a plumber and and he rectified the problem, but at a cost of $100+. Not sure if the floor can be fixed.

Overall a good experience from purchasing to installation of my wall oven. I had my questions answered fully and was happy with the process.

I am very appreciative of the assistance provided by Best Buy. I was having difficulty with my new oven which I had only had four months. The bottom shelf did not seem to be in the right position even though I knew it had been installed correctly. The team was able to correct the problem very quickly and I could not be more pleased.

Great service by Best Buy! Lowe's nor Home Depot offer this service without a HUGE surcharge. Best Buy IS the BEST!! Now saving my $$$ and gift cards to buy one of Best Buy's EXCELLENT electric slide-in ranges!

Came and measured my space but did not give me recommendations for a washer and dryer based off what they measured?

I am very happy with my new washer/dryer. They both work beautifully. I thank Best Buy for your patience. I didn’t believe I was ever going to have a dryer that worked. Now that I do, it has been very busy.

I am incredibly pleased with my refrigerator. The size is small (it was by choice.) However, the interior design enables me to fit anything I want: Shick, sleek-looking, has a beautiful color.

Over all LG makes great products and this tv exceeds all my expectations for the price!

Excellent quality and quiet service Easy to install and very versatile.

I have not used my oven and microwave yet. I feel sure that they will work satisfactorily. My microwave is small for the opening. It is about 4" short. The screws are not set in properly. They look as if they could come out of the cabinet. The company premeasured. We will go to Best Buy tomorrow to advise them of the problem.

Well third time was the charm Bobby Clark came out and was very nice and able to answer all my questions. He didn’t rush through so I feel very confident with the measurements. When I am able to find an oven I like I will be requesting him for the installation. I believe Karah was the person in the Woodland store who got this setup for me and I really appreciated her help but after 2 people that were sent using the 1-800 number though they both were very professional and tried to get the right person for me coming in store was the best suggestion they made. Unfortunately with the delay my health has become an issue and I can’t follow through with getting my oven right now but hopefully I’ll be back on track soon and will be back in touch.
