In home service was on time and the technicians were very experienced to complete the job quickly and properly. They cleaned everything before leaving.

REGARDING INSTALLATION SERVICE => Measurements were performed by your BestBuy non techs but were in error. Despite being a TotalTech member in good standing with promised free installation, because of your error I had to pay $195 extra to the installation subcontractor (Costa Lake). Not fair.

On time, frindly and professional service. Well done. Worth the time to be prepared for the installation.

This was a key step in the buying process. Did not want to choose am cooktop that required major modifications. Team arrived on time and measurement took away all uncertainty. We did not need any modifications. We are now enjoying our new cooktop!

I am so glad this service is available - it can be a real bummer when a fit-in appliance arrives & cannot be installed without significant modification of the space to be filled. The person doing the job was professional, had people skills & efficient. I've requested that he also be the person who performs the installation when my new appliance arrives.

The appointment went smoothly. At first they did not use the number and instructions i provided and arrived earlier than scheduled. The measurement and advice of the technician were perfect, professional and appreciated. Grateful for this service which allowed for a smooth transition (confirmation of choice of laundry tower, purchase of a missing item for better installation).

Evan was fantastic to work with! We first met in the store, where his knowledge and practicality were so helpful. But what really stood out was Evan's continued support and communication. He ended up coming out to our house on two separate occasions--once to make sure all was good for install, and second when the installation needed some additional attention he was here and very supportive and helpful! He made the whole kitchen renovation process so much easier for us! Thanks Evan!

Measurement was first completed by Best Buy the day after my purchase. He then contracted a vendor to come out and measure again width my understanding, the vendor was to perform the cut to widen the hole. Then vendor came and only measured saying he could not do the work. I had to get it widened myself

This was an okay service, it did stop me from purchasing too big for my space but the guy wasn’t helpful in giving me exact measurements for what I needed. Also why would they send 2 men into my home to measure a space? One just stood there no mask, not saying anything just looking around very awkwardly.

Paul was friendly, inspected our old refrigerator, checked all the measurements of the existing space for the new one that we purchased. He was very knowledgeable and felt that there would be no problem with the new one fitting in the space.

We were very pleased that Best Buy offers a site survey before a major appliance purchase. Excellent service by Nate and crew! They answered our questions thoroughly and we have confidence that our install will go well.

very nice dryer; however, I really wish there was also delicate (low) setting - now, I have to hang dry majority of my clothes because this dryer only has medium & high settings - space was limited so this GE dryer was my only option - I’ve always liked GE products - my washer, fridge, & dishwasher are GE

They measured the spaces, took pictures, and told us what we would have to pay for. However, they told us if we purchased the two parts, they would install at no cost. However, when the appliances were delivered, the men that did the installation said it was not free!

The site survey was fine for all but my cooktop. However, it may have been difficult to determine proper fit without having the actual cooktop there since a downdraft vent also had to be installed. The site survey indicated that my granite countertop needed to be cut but it turned out that there wasn't enough room for the cooktop and vent even after cutting the granite because of the depth of the cabinets underneath. I recommend a site survey with this exception. I felt that the individuals who did the site survey seemed rushed.

I’m really happy with the appearance of Whirlpool washer and dryer ( it’s in my kitchen behind doors). There are quite a few settings to learn and I’m still learning but it’s working well, There are 2 negatives on the washer:. it is extremely loud ( on all settings) and is very deep. I am constrained by measurements (size of actual washer and dryer) )so I have to go with modern, sleek, window or go back to plain white .

I am please with my purchase perfect size. It look like a sturdy fridge

Excellent service and pre-installation followed by installation of Microwave/Oven unit by Best Buy technicians. They measured the area, made sure the unit we chose would fit perfectly.

The representative, Jake and his assistant, were very professional and took the time to discuss and show us how our new appliance worked. The entire ordering experience was stressful BUT Jake as the installer made the experience give Best Buy a 5 star rating. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone wanting appliances installed.

Obviously highly-experienced technicians and technician mentor training also occurred.
