Salesman was very good. However, still waiting for delivery...initially told it would be in February, then told it would be around 4/7... so obviously still waiting.

The agent was efficient, friendly, polite, professional, and expert. He performed the needed service, and also advised me about exactly what and why certain furniture must be moved for the delivery of the refrigerator. That was especially helpful. He was cheerful and pleasant, and explained everything clearly

The stainless steel combination Microwave and oven fit our cabinets without modification. The microwave door opens vertically so we have a long reach into the appliance. That is not desirable but the unit was the only one available.

Jason was fantastic very patient with explaining the best place to install my Samsung 65 in . My first time with a smart television . Jason helped me to choose the best size for my living room area. Explained how a smart tv works what to look for in the picture clarity. I very much appreciated Jason.

I’m thrilled to report that my new GE oven/microwave is not only extremely functional, but quite beautiful as well. Because Best Buy sent techs to measure my space, the oven fit perfectly with no cabinet changes or carpenters needed. It doesn’t get any better than that folks! Can’t wait to replace the hood over my cooktop.

The gentleman that came out did take measurements for the fridge like I had expected. What I did not expect is to have the representative up-sell me on other products like a new stove and entertainment system. The major downside is that I was never given written measurements so i could look around for the best product that fit my needs. That is the driving reason for the 3 star review.

Great tech. He was polite, knowledgeable and finished the work pretty fast.

Installed a new gas cooktops, messed up the electrical wiring, had to come back but still had no power to some outlets. We had to call an electrician to fix it.

The man who came to measure was very professional and friendly. He came on time and was quick and efficient and measuring the space for the over the range convection/microwave oven I bought. The measurements were primarily to make sure that insulation would be up to code in my town. I appreciate it best by ensuring that safety measure. Professionalism, friendly and left me with accurate measurements for my range

I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT job done by James Dotson, my installer! He first came with my new dishwasher, installed without an issue! While he was here, he measured and told me which additional appliances he could install, and what would be involved! With his re-assurance, I ordered 4 additional appliances and waited until HE was available to be my installer! Again, he did an EXCELLENT job!

The site survey has great value for a new homeowner. They come out, measure all the areas and compare the measurements with the appliances you want to purchase. This helped me a lot because I wasn't quite sure on whether the refrigerator I wanted would fit. They also advised on the type of outlets needed; one of the appliances needed a GFCI outlet to be installed. Thanks to the site survey techs, I was able to get the best appliances for my home and they're beautiful. The site survey is well worth the small fee.

In home service was on time and the technicians were very experienced to complete the job quickly and properly. They cleaned everything before leaving.
