Jorge and Anthony from Premier Logistics did a great job with our site survey. They were professional, on time, and knew exactly what we needed. They gave us additional information regarding the upcoming installation, and we appreciated all their help.

Installed a new gas cooktops, messed up the electrical wiring, had to come back but still had no power to some outlets. We had to call an electrician to fix it.

The man who came to measure was very professional and friendly. He came on time and was quick and efficient and measuring the space for the over the range convection/microwave oven I bought. The gentleman that came out did take measurements for the fridge like I had expected. What I did not expect is to have the representative up-sell me on other products like a new stove and entertainment system. The major downside is that I was never given written measurements so i could look around for the best product that fit my needs. That is the driving reason for the 3 star review.

The in home service was set up quickly and had the measurements to order our oven wall unit and microwave. The employee was professional and helpful. Thank you Best Buy. With the correct measurements we ordered the correct size for our space. Not all wall ovens are the same size.

Two appliance installers, Gary and Jamel, came and evaluated our kitchen for replacing old JennAir downdraft radiant cooktop with a new one. They are very professional and explained clearly all the details. There was no charge for their evaluation, unlike the installers for Lowes and Homedepot who charge for their evaluation.

The gentlemen that came out for the survey was very professional and did a great job of reviewing the site conditions and ensured that the right cooktop and microwave oven would fit the kitchen and meet our needs. I would whole heartedly recommend him and Best Buy for all of your appliance needs!

The site survey has great value for a new homeowner. They come out, measure all the areas and compare the measurements with the appliances you want to purchase. This helped me a lot because I wasn't quite sure on whether the refrigerator I wanted would fit. They also advised on the type of outlets needed; one of the appliances needed a GFCI outlet to be installed. Thanks to the site survey techs, I was able to get the best appliances for my home and they're beautiful. The site survey is well worth the small fee.

The guys who showed up were timely and thorough. The only problem was i requested them to come and install the appliance, they didnt. The crew that showed were 2 hours late and had to fix the mess left by the refrigerator installers.

On time, polite, explained the process and results. Cleaned up after themsleves.

This is an outstanding and very helpful service. Ben, the technician and installer, arrived on time. Was professional and informative. Took his measurements. We discussed potential challenge of removing the old dishwasher and installing the new when we have several layers of flooring (installed after the old unit was in place). Ben gave us the measurements and recommended we go with an LG because of the size and floor. We proceeded to go to a store to order.

I used the Greek Squad to install a wall oven-microwave unit. They did a great job. The unit looked great. I would use them again.

The in-home service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us how a 30" counter cooktop could be converted to a 36" cooktop without having to do a counter replacement . I would highly recommend this young man for the job.

For a change, the third party delivery/install/return team was excellent. They were professional, careful with my home and the new LG Refrigerator. They hooked everything up correctly and reviewed the features; told me to throw out the first one or two ice drawers; first gallon of water. The two professionals were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
