If I could give the Opal 2.0 no stars I would! This product sucks! I purchased one had to exchange it cause it started making a loud noise, if you press the power button it won't turn off! Got the new one and it did the same thing! I have video but cannot upload it here..

Very bad installation partners. Have caused damage to the property and the appliances were kept out in the rain. Rude people and partner employees. All pre paid appliance and nothing in order yet

The installation took too long and has too many problems, one roof was damaged and ceiling was damaged and has been fixed yet.

The two techs come in and disconnected the wire from the oven and installed a socket for the new install. The next day when they came with the appliances and when they plugged the plug into the socket that BB installed the circuit blew causing the WHOLE condo to lose power. I needed to get an electrician to fix the problem caused by BB.

A team came out to premeasure space and took measurements and a drawing. This was never passed on to the delivery team who arrived late and with not enough people to extract old refrig. I then cancelled the order.

I have been dealing for over a year for an installation they finally come but only installed HALF of a kitchen hood like really. Experience not even to poor if wouldn’t even give them a start.

Worst possible service!! It took installation group 3 visits over a 4 week period to complete installation and they damaged my countertop, disrupted holidays, caused me to incur xtra expenses

Guys came out, no real measurements taken, when oven arrived it didn’t fit!

The installation company could not get the job done.

I requested a in-home pre-measure appointment for our microwave. We bought our microwave and when we had it at home it seem the new microwave was bigger from the one we presently had. The two young men that came were very professional. They took all the measurements and assure us that our new microwave was okay to install. They also took an extra step by reading the manual and showed us the measurements were okay. We had our micrawave install and everything fit great and looks great!

Roomy, quiet gorgeous looking refrigerator. Excellent price for the amount of room this refrigerator has. Have to add the the installers, Raphael and David did an excellent job installing the refrigerator. Prompt and extremely polite!

I was worried about the hook ups for the dishwasher as the old one had been there awhile and had some unusual water line hoses for both input as well as drainage. This was keeping me on the fence as to buying a new Bosch dishwasher as I didn't want to order one and have it not fit. Since not many companies will do a free inspection and since Best Buy offered it as a service I thought there was nothing to lose and everything to gain. The tech came out and measured and looked at the existing hook ups and reassured me that with just a few slight modifications that the hook up would be fine. He then told me to request him for the actual install and he'd make sure everything was good. Excellent experience!

It was very fast. However, I hope having it means that the dishwasher I ordered from Best Buy will fit and work well. It's not fair to ask for a photo after a brief visit to my home. What would the workmen have thought?

The site was premeasured, and I was told all was well. Not entirely true. The stove isn't completely flat in the back and sticks out a bit. We bought gap fillers to fill the space. In addition, all seemed ok until I went to open the adjacent cabinet draws and couldn't open them. The stove itself is OK, so far but we are only just starting to use it.

Site survey team was great. The scheduling team not so hood. First they scheduled it, then scheduled again the called to let me know they were on the way for the 1st scheduling date. Came out did a great job. Assumed the 2nd schedule was canceled. Nope, got a text they were almost there. Showed up, same team. De ja vue, did a great job confirming there site survey from a coiple days earlier.

I so appreciate this service; it gave me the peace of mind that what I wanted would fit and BEST BUY could make it happen. In comparison another retailer told me if I buy the same items and they don’t work I am out of luck. No return. No refund. No discussion. Service went as scheduled with clear total max pricing.

So far so good! It was just installed and I had no chance to use the oven but overall as expected. Got great customer service from Pacific sale.

We had lg before and were pleased. This new pair is more efficient and quieter. Takes less time per load. Not “walking” across the floor when spinning. The salesman was extremely helpful and even arranged for someone to come out and premeasure to be sure everything would fit. Installation team was very professional clean and helpful too

I love this dishwasher. It gets the job done. And is very quiet sometimes I forget it’s on.

I was very pleased with the site survey crew. Pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough. Explained what was necessary to make the cutout fit my new stove top. Thanks to both of them!
