Very professional and the service is free! Crew came on time and helped us choose the right appliance.

We had an in-home site survey/pre-measure done for our new range. We have not yet had the range delivered (it's been backordered), but the person who came to do the site survey was on time, and very professional.

The installer came the day they were scheduled to deliver and told me I needed to make updates to my laundry area to pass code. They also said they would look for parts needed for the install. They never followed up and after two weeks I called BestBuy back and it turns out, they never communicated back w/ the store. They wasted over a month of my time. I wanted to work w/ another installer but customer service said I would'nt know until the day before the install but by then, I'd already have possession of the merchandise. I was so disappointed with the lack of communication and the experience as a whole, I canceled the entire order and purchased the set elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed w/ the entire experience. I felt the installer didn't want to do the job and did everything in their power to have me so fed up that I would just install it myself.

Very impressed with this service. Victor arrived to do a site survey ahead of the installation day to take measurements and review the paperwork. He was professional and answered all our questions.

Excellent product support and help answering our concerns

I had difficulty in getting audio from a relatively new Roku player. THe representative understood my issue and was very patient helping me adjust the settings on my TV, making sure that I understood the steps to take in the future and waiting while I tested it out.

The rep that came to my house was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond and was incredibly kind, quick and efficient!

Brittany came to our house to look at the theater projector.she suggested a 4k projector an gave reasons why it was better than the one that was not working. We purchased the Sony 4k projector and it is GREAT! Brittany is a wonderful employee to have on your staff.

In home customer rep very efficient asked all the right questions to get me what I wanted checked and double checked the dimensions. When the installation crew came to check the site it was quick and easy as brand was same ad prior and cutouts would need o ly a little cutting

I recently scheduled an appliance site survey or pre-measure in anticipation of a smooth and hassle-free appliance installation process. Unfortunately, the survey did not live up to my expectations, The surveyor arrived significantly later than the scheduled time. The purpose of a site survey is to gather crucial information for a successful appliance installation. They didn't thoroughly assess the space for fridge and inaccurate measures. That resulted with an incomplete installation and had to spend additional money to hire people to accommodate space . This alone resulted in additional 3 more appointments. I had high expectations from best buy that for a seamless installation process.

Kyle and his team mate were great! He has told me he can install my stove top which is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 12/22

The Best Buy Pre-Measure Service is terrific. It's always a great comfort knowing that a fridge you bought will fit into the space allocated for it.

I needed an opinion on a wall oven install as appears that I needed to move the gas line to the stove top in order for the oven to fit properly. They were helpful and provided several options for the move/install

The installation was a nightmare. 1. We took off from work an entire day for the installation just to have the installer call at the end of the day to say that he wasn't going to make it. 2. We rearranged our schedules the second day to be home for a specific block of time just to have him not show up until hours later. 3. Out of all the inconvenience, once he did show up, he had the nerve to be arrogant. This the abbreviated version of the encounter.

This is for an LG refrigerator that was junk, but if you have a problem, they get people here with another new part !
